I dislike this location very much, unfortunately. They are slow, even with a basic order (drip coffee with cream) and their hygiene practices are questionable. Very disappointing. Sitting in their drive thru line for 15+ minutes with a simple order is very disappointing

I came in to have a snack and delicious coffee before I headed to work . Everything was fine until I asked for a towel to wipe the table as they were all dirty with crumbs and sticky stuff. I was told they would send someone over to wipe it down. I went back and sat down. The guy who was supposed to come wipe my table finished what he was doing with helping a guest but then never came to wipe my table. He went back to restocking items. I couldn’t even choose another table as they were all dirty. Usually when I come here it’s very clean and the employees take great care of the guest. This time they fell very far from that. So I just left and sat in my car instead. Natalie who helped me to begin with was very nice and made my drink perfect.

Service was slow, although not particularly busy. Batistas seemed to be more robotic than human. No real interest was shown to me as a customer wanting to purchase beverages. Not very inviting or welcoming.

I’m not sure if it was an off day for the Starbucks crew, but I was excited that I arrived early enough to order a grande blonde roast, since at most Starbucks it’s only brewed in the morning. I ordered the drink and mistakenly drove away without tasting it first, but it tasted like watered down coffee…not a typical strong, Starbucks brew (that I look forward to). Taste your coffee before you drive away from this location!

I am a travel nurse from South Carolina in the area for an assignment. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks during my travels over the last five years. I have to say that the atmosphere of this location with the staff and management is top notch. The manager is always complementing staff on what a great job they are doing. I highly recommend this location. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
