Kings has always been my go to place and I am very disappointed with this recent delivery. I have been able to order delivery from this location before and this time I get harassed getting my food tonight. The lady who delivered complained that I was 9 miles away from the store and out of their range. I explained that I was able to order online and didn’t know. She said my boss told me to tell you. Kings needs to update their online order instead of complaining to me. Very upset and my pizza looks very weird. My delivered pizza has never looked like this.

One of our go-to pizza places in Shepherdstown. Nice NY style pizza. Their sausage is of nicer quality and not the cheaper, nasty frozen sausage crumbles you can get on other pizzas. Definitely enhances the flavor.
We’ve been ordering from them for a while and it’s always consistent quality.
Their tiramisu is good too.

Not from WV, just visiting and I must say!
The Chicken Cheesesteak was the best ever in all my years. Bread soft, fresh ingredients, delivered hot! ONLY let down was the lack of extra mushrooms. Greek salad exceeded my expectations and, again fresh vegetables wins again!

Excellent Pizza! Our first time at this Kings and we tried their gluten free pizza. They even provided a separate pizza slicer to help prevent contamination! The pizza was delicious – definitely one of the best gluten free crusts!

Stayed overnight in our camper at The Rusty Nail Winery & ordered takeout delivery from Kings. It was so so delicious and arrived to us in less than 45min…an amazingly short amt of time considering the high quality & desirability of the food (this place must be a local favorite for sure!) We both ordered salads and they were amazing & giant. I had the antipasti salad with quality meats, beautiful large olives & what appeared & tasted like home made Gardinera! My wife enjoyed a crispy chicken salad wish was equaly immpressive… there was so much chicken you couldnt even see the salad. Only regret… we should have ordered a pasta dish too. Im sure it would have been excellent …dont miss this gem!

I hadn’t been to your establishment in a few years. It used to be really great! What has happened to this place? This evening I experienced an unwelcoming staff who just stared at me. No hello or may I help you. Miserable looking faces and “couldn’t care less” attitudes. My veggie sub was tasteless and stale, and I didn’t finish it. The pizza was tasteless too. I might sound harsh, but I’m being very honest.

This used to be a very good Kings Pizza but unfortunately over the years its went down hill in terms of the quality of food a portion size all while the prices have gone up. Literally we have ate there 4 or 5 time this past yr [maybe more or less] and almost everyone of those time we have has an issue. I will say each time we brought out complaints Kings was willing to make it right so thats a plus. Just last week I ordered a lrg Steak&Cheese sub and honestly it was the worst Ive ever had of any place I’ve been. Meat lacked seasoning and was flavorless, bread was stale, lettuce smelled strange and the size did not represent what a lrg sub. I just wont be going back to this Kings anymore Pics might make this sub look big but I assure you it wasnt

Love the food. They used to have table service….but now you have to walk up order…get your own drink, napkins, plastic wear. Food is really good but if they brought back the table service I think it would be booming. Left a tip but felt funny doing that since I made several trips to the register for ordering …boxes ..payment. Bread used to be so yummy…. Wasn’t really hot and I had to ask for butter which was up near the self service area.
