Pitiful. Frozen Tyson chicken patty from Kroger. $12 for a cold gas station chicken sandwich. Picked it up at 12:15 in the peak of lunch. The empty parking lot should have told me to turn around. Also the bread was clearly out for hours and stale. Like rock hard. The lettuce is starting to turn brown. I literally cannot even eat this it’s so bad

Visited on 11/16/25 for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. Deante and his staff was very accommodating and the food was fresh. We tried the bo cookies for the first time and I must say they were dangerously delicious, I could definitely get hooked on those.
We had such a good experience that we placed a big order for our Thanksgiving day dinner.

I love their fried chicken!!!! I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes with white gravy, biscuits, and their dirty rice. Sooo, good! I wish the franchise would come back to Arkansas!!!! We will definitely drop by any Bojangles location when we are near one!!!

Was a hour after they open. So about 6:45-7. No workers inside or at the window. Only to notice they were in the car watching the few cars order and line up at the window and waited for service that never came. Never in my life seen anything like that. Do better. If it was an issue to the reason they couldn’t serve they should’ve said something not sit in the car and watch cars wait at the window after ordering.

They were understaffed, the steam table was on with no water, and the AI kept taking orders even though no food was available. Also taking orders, touching food without gloves is cray! They told people to pull up curbside, but nothing came out. We got a refund after waiting — that food probably would’ve made us sick anyway.
