I don’t know how you could find pizza any better than Mountain Mike’s. Since moving to this area several years ago, we have looked for a pizza place that serves fantastic pizza with great toppings and crispy crust. Mountain Mike’s is that place! The lunch buffet is unbelievable. They only put out four pizzas at a time, so they stay hot and melty. Their curly, crispy pepperoni is so good! The salad bar is so good with lots of choices to choose from. You also get a free drink with your buffet. You cannot beat the value of Mountain Mike’s lunch buffet. We met the manager, Beth, and loved her friendly vibe and the atmosphere she has created at Mountain Mike’s. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Best pizza in the Denver area. California style pizza is the best…… Service was beyond amazing. The waitress brought out bread sticks for the grandkids on the house . She said the pizza was gonna be a bit longer and didn’t want the kids to get to hungry. Amazing place….

I will start with the front end staff was working their tails off and trying their best. No idea what was going on in the back.
People were standing around waiting for ever. The email receipt for me said 5:57pm. We got there just before 6:30 as it said 30 minutes for pickup. Pizzas were piled up everywhere on the counters with lots of people waiting. Orders were not coming out together. I saw what looked like one of our pizzas get put on the counter about 6:45 (not under the warmer… just sitting there in the box). Around 7pm she called my name and said they had 1 pizza and still waiting on the other (ordered 2 large pizzas). The other pizza finally came out at 7:20. I told the lady I wanted that first pizza sitting there discounted. She grabbed someone else pizza that was the same and they will be getting my cold pizza. This one had been sitting under the water for probably 20 minutes.
When we got home… the “fresher” pizza was actually cold. I am assuming someone swapped out an old pizza that had been sitting there the whole time and just gave it to us. I was trying to watch what they were doing as I saw them do that to a lot of people tonight… ugh. $30 for each pizza and this was incredibly disappointing.

We ordered the garlic not-knots, Mt. Veggimore pizza and the stinging honey garlic traditional wings.
The pizza was solid in flavor, with toppings that were very fresh. The crust was pretty basic, not overly chewy, thick, or crunchy.
The wings were decent, but I never tasted the spice or the garlic. The sauce was mostly sweet. I wasn’t a fan of how tiny they were.
The absolute star of the show was the garlic not-knots! Delicious in every way. The crust was just the right bit of crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. The flavor was spot on, and the cheese pull was chef’s kiss. They tasted amazing alone, and even better with the tasty/thick marinara as a dipping sauce. I will come back for these alone!

This place is great. My wife said she loved it in California and we had to try it now that it’s here in Parker. This was not a let down. The pizza was excellent. The GM Paul was phenomenal. He took extra time to share with us about the franchise and the product. This experience reminded me of my childhood when people talked to and enjoyed each other. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Update July 2025- Wednesday evening at 6:30 and this place isn’t taking any orders for pickup, delivery or anything!?! Really? How do you stay in business turning away customers like that??!?! Pizza wasn’t that great!
I finally tried this pizza place today, and it was better than I expected, but didn’t knock my socks off for the price. The pizza was full of toppings which was the best part about it, and garlic knots were pretty good, but the sauce on the pizza and to dip the knots in is really thick and chunky, so there’s not a lot of sauce on the pizza or with the side you get with the knots, it was only half full.
Overall the pizza sauce needs a little more flavor, but the layers of toppings was nice and the crust was nice and thick.
When you walk in, there isn’t a bell or anything, and no one up front, so you end up waiting a few minutes for service without any kind of notification if they know you’re there, which is a little odd, and not great if you’re in a rush.

First time ever eating this pizza. It was amazing! Chewy yet crispy crust, fresh toppings (and tons of them). Price is a little high but you do get a solid pizza for the price. Absolutely delicious. Ordered online and was ready as promised (20 minutes from order).

New Parker biz alert! So excited Mountain Mike’s is open. One of my favorite things is their lunch buffet; salad & pizza! I love the nostalgia of a good pizza buffet. They had a variety of fresh, hot pizzas ready for lunch as well as their salad bar was completely stocked. The staff is 20/10, they are all so kind and welcoming. I love the ambiance as well, you can hang and watch tv or play some arcade type games. They have a mobile app with rewards as well as to-go ordering. I saw beer on tap as well!
Mountain Mike’s just opened so if you visit, give them grace. They’re doing an incredible job, we can’t wait to come back. We will be regulars.
