The service here is top notch. Ever time I have come in its the employees that make it worth my while. They go out of your way to help. Sometimes they bring my order to my car if it’s not to busy. Tonight there was a special. The first employee didn’t know how to do it. She got a second person. He hadn’t heard of the special. I showed him it online. He immediately did a hand adjustment to ring in the proper special. All while smiling. He also jumped to the back to help . His name is Landen. The front could use a little sprucing up. Thanks to all the employees at little Caesars for being amazing.

The food is delicious hot and ready. However, there seems to be a miscommunication that’s been frequently happening at this location. I ordered a pizza that was half extra most bestest cheese and half meat lovers. And they kept mixing up the extra most bestest cheese with pepperoni every time. This has happened twice now and I think either some more employee training is needed or there’s some sort of miscommunication.

Very disappointed. Tonighted tipped me over. This is my first google reivew. Ordered pizza at 4:20 to pick up at 5:30. Waited an additional 30 minutes and picked the pizza up at 6:00 pm. No one was at the register. The supervisor was no help at all and wouldn’t sympathize for the long wait. Third time I have had to wait over 20 mins for a “hot and ready” pizza.

I just got a Detroit style squares Pizza it is probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in quite a long time it looks like it was sitting in the warming case for about 5 hours I’ll feed it to my dogs but I’m not going to eat it myself do not get the Detroit style squares they are not worth any money let alone the money you spend

I had ordered a custom pizza online for pickup. I ordered a stuffed crazy crust supreme pizza. Cooked well done.
I received a stuffed crust pizza with no crazy seasonings on it and it was RAW. It looked like they had put it in their oven for 3 minutes. I wish I had thought of taking a picture.
I had to put it in my oven to cook it the rest of the way. I wouldn’t quite call that quick, easy, or convenient…

This is a typical Little Caesars. The pizza and service is pretty good but the concept of” hot and ready” feels mostly just like a marketing game/advertisement as pizza is rarely hot and ready. If you want a pizza quickly, you need to order ahead a majority of the time or be prepared to wait .

I feel like they used to do fairly decently at this location, but recently it’s been poor quality. Tonight we ordered a stuffed crazy crust pizza and they left off the crazy crust. When I brought it back they simply (poorly) applied the butter and crazy topping to the crust of the less than hot pizza. The butter did not melt enough to be enjoyable and they didn’t use a brush or anything to even it out.

“Hot and Fresh” is clearly not true. We came during their hours that advertised “hot and fresh” for their pretzel crust. We were in a hurry and didn’t have a lot of time. Our order was fairly straightforward, with just two pretzel crust pizzas. We were told they were cooking and we would have to wait about 10 minutes. I was annoyed but decided we would wait as we had already paid at this point. 25 MINUTES LATER I finally asked if our order was almost ready. They yelled to the back to hurry up with our order and brought it out about 5 minutes later. When we started to eat the pizza one was obviously old and no longer hot or fresh. Super annoyed…. Not going to be returning to this Little Caesars again.

20 of us desended upon the crew. They handled or orders with confidence. The girls even remembered our names and were very kind. Good food even better service!
