The manager needs to be fired ASAP! She is rude and unprofessional. To argue with a customer because they simply ask to have something put on there sandwich, in which I had already paid for is just ridiculous. Some people are just not built for customer service and she is one of them- The white manager with black hair and glasses is who needs to be fired. I was so mad and ready to beat you down that I did not get her name, But if you are reading this just no you don’t own SUBWAY you just an employee and you cant put nobody out of nowhere, and with that bad attitude you wont be there long anyways. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE APP HERE. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I WORK DOWN THE STREET AT A HOSPITAL. FOUR TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED AND DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I LEFT ON MY BREAK TO PICK IT UP. THE EMPLOYEES SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY DIDN’T DO IT. I EAT SUBWAY EVERY DAY FOR LUNCH I WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I ASKED FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER AS THEY ARE LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE.

It was ok. There were two young guys working behind the counter. I waited in the drive thru for a bit but no one answered through there so I just pulled around and went in. They were a little skimpy on the veggies, made me feel a little awkward when I kept saying, “Just a bit more, please?” and he would only put three more spinach leaves at a time.. but anyways I was there for lunch time it was dead inside, no other customers. Place was very clean and pretty. It’s close to home so I’ll probably be back regardless of the lack of spinach.

Very poor service. Made my order I cancelled 2 minutes within making it, because it was the wrong one, and so I placed my correct order. The poor mannered employee said she wasn’t making two sandwiches and just voided my transaction. AND as of right now has not issued my refund.

It Could have been better but it was alright.. went through drive through and they put roast beef on my sandwich instead of ham and turkey. Did not have the loaded baked potato soup that is the main reason I went there .. And also got a personal pizza was supposed to be pepperoni but was only cheese

Ate in with my wife, it was a very clean store no bread crumbs under the toaster (which matters a lot to me, if you see bread crumbs 9 times out of 10 something is going to try to eat them bread crumbs [rats,roaches ext..]) the vegetables where fresh even the lettuce!! The avocado was actually green and not black. Overall it was a very good experience. The staff was nice and greeted me at the door.

Kenyon smiled and greeted me as I was walking in And offered to help me! When I asked for a few moments to see about logging into my account he never left the front counter, consistently smiling and being helpful, patient and kind! Whenever you’re over this way I suggest stopping by this unit of Subway just to eat a delicious sandwich served with such southern hospitality! 10/10 recommend

I posted a one star review about my experience. If 0 was an option, that’s what it would’ve been. But I have been getting phone calls from this specific subway since my one star review. If you give them a bad review, they will harass you. I called back and asked why they were calling, and all I got was a nasty attitude. So defensive. Let’s me know they were harassing. Don’t fault the customer for your horrible attitude and service. One of them is pregnant and act as if she doesn’t want to be there. I am sorry but I will NOT show my problems when I am working for the public. They all need retraining. And the way this world is they may need diversity training. They are women of color treating other women of color like trash. It’s unacceptable.
