I chose this location based off the previous reviews, but my experience was far from great. I was not greeted, instead the worker stared at me until i spoke to which she did not speak back but rudely asked what I wanted. I specifically asked for light honey mustard and the other worker drenched my sandwich in regular mustard and after telling her that’s not what I wanted they scraped the mustard off still leaving mustard behind on the sandwich. Will not be back!

Really great new Subway spot! Super easy to find parking, which is always a plus. The place was clean, the staff were super nice, and the food was fresh and tasty, just how you want it.
They’ve also got a nice little outdoor area if you wanna sit outside and eat. Overall, great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at this Subway location. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding a nice personal touch to the visit. Parking was easy with plenty of space available. I especially appreciated the good ambience, and the outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to enjoy a meal during the evening. Highly recommended for a quick, pleasant bite.

Unlike the other one nearby in downtown Jackson, this one actually takes coupons, has a much nicer atmosphere and it’s usually not as crowded as the other one either. The food is always fresh and I love the music they play.

They are always so nice and everything is always fresh and ready to go! This is my ham sandwich on wheat with lettuce tomatoes red onions a good many of them! black olives green peppers banana peppers and double jalapeno peppers with salt and pepper.
