Well I guess this place just isn’t for me….
I wanted soup. It was a dismal day. ️The soups actually taste pretty good – as long as they’re piping hot….
But as soon as they cool off and start to coagulate they are not so good anymore ….
The sandwich is on a ciabatta bread. And that makes up 80% of the sandwich….. ♂️
And for more than $8/ea it would be nice to have it piled high with the meat.
But I guess that doesn’t happen anymore.
They do throw in a chocolate covered strawberry, and a roll.
I’m sure this will be popular with the younger crowd.
People will buy anything these days…
People will keep on coming. People will keep on paying. Whatever it is… ♂️

They have this new love club sandwich, delicious! We were a bit skeptical at first.. Nutella and strawberries on a sandwich.. But my goodness! After that first bite, it was incredible! Simple, but they way they toast it and how well it paired with the iced hot chocolate, I’m hooked. Already craving it again! It’s a must try, especially if you love Nutella.
The manager was up-selling it as I’m sure it’s his job, but if I knew how good it was it wouldn’t have taken as much effort as he put into it.

I heard great things about zupas but it fell short of my expectations. The food was pricey with small portions. I had the brisket sandwich thinking that there would be adequate BBQ sauce added to help preserve the moisture level of a type of meat that dries out quickly after slicing. The soups were dished up in shallow bowls so it looked like enough to satisfy but it cooled too quickly and keft me wanting. To it’s credit, it had a steady stream of customers who seemed to be enjoying the experience. For the price, I’ll look for another place to visit.

Fabulous food! Can’t wait to go back! Ordered in house. Little trouble communicating if we wanted full sandwiches / soup or the $13 special. Pick 2 (salad, soup, sandwich) for like $13. Comes with a roll & chocolate covered strawberry. 4 of us – zero complaints! Brisket grilled cheese was greasy and rich, but very tasty. I had the potato bacon green chile soup – LOVED IT! Didn’t even add crackers, but I did use the bread / roll with the meal. The chocolate covered strawberry was a perfect ending! (And my partner doesn’t eat it, so I get two! Lol) The Wisconsin cauliflower seemed like a beer cheese, but it was good. The to go contains have a round spot in them to hold the soup cup – no spills in transit. I liked they had mocktail options, too! (IDK of they serve booze, but NA options aren’t always promoted). The restaurant had lots of employees, who displayed good teamwork. Solid place!! Excited for more!

I haven’t been to cafe zupas in a very long time. I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of our meals. Definitely will be put this on our take out food rotation. It seems like many restaurants are increasing prices and reducing the quality of food. Cafe Zupas is not one of them. I had the southwest avacado protein bowl and it was fantastic. I actually had left overs the next day.

Cute little spot where you can get something healthy to eat everything tasted very fresh the lettuce was very crisp. The portion sizes are very good for the price. My one complaint is they forgot to romove the olives in my bowl and forgot to remove the tomatoes in my sisters salad. They were also very slow on orders. We waited about 8 minutes even through the line was moving. Also They had some very appetizing desserts you can purchase.

This is a great place to grab a bite where the food is fresh and the menu has a little bit of everything for everybody. The chocolate dipped strawberry is a super nice touch! And the food never disappoints.

I love this location. Daniel the manager is amazing. The service was so so good. There was an issue with my order and made it right and above and beyond. I will support this location . I dined in, but I love that they have a drive-through for the convenience. Such a wonderful selection of food and great atmosphere if you’re looking for a wonderful sandwich soup and lunch place look no further.

I want to thank the amazing crew at Cafe Zupas. I had just flown into the Phx airport at 7pm and drove back to Queen Creek starving. I wanted to hit up Cafe Zupas because I was craving the Hot Honey Cottage Cheese Bowl. Unfortunately I did not realize it was already 9:08pm and they were closing up. But they crew was so kind and still served me even though then ovens were already down. I ordered a tomato soup and turkey avocado sandwich. I was so impressed by the soup and was unable to eat the sandwich. Saving for later. But this crew made my day. I am not great with names, but want to call out Fernando, Mallory, Aimee, et all (sorry). Your team has has chemistry and I really appreciate the great service. I will be back. Highly recommend!

My soup was hot and delicious! I had the Golden Curry Soup. Perfect for a cold & rainy Grand Opening day. My Combo of a whole veggie sandwich and 1/2 soup order was prepared pretty fast. I realize the workers are still learning. For instance, the cashier gave me the wrong receipt so I had to go get the right one before I left. Loved the bread that came with the soup. You also can get saltine and oyster crackers in the condiment area. The free chocolate-covered strawberry was a nice touch. Very glad we now have another family-friendly restaurant nearby!
