Tried to place an order online but it wouldn’t work. I then called the store to place it over the phone. The worker took my order (and was very kind and polite) and asked for my card information. I am not going to give my card information over the phone. I asked if I could pay with cash. I was placed on hold while the worker checked if that was possible. None of this was an issue. The issue is when a Family Dollar rep answered my held call. And another issue is when I called the dominos line a few more times and I was left on hold for 30 minutes.

I had made a mistake in making my order. And Kaylee helped in getting it correct. She showed that she actually really cared. There’s a closer Domino’s to where I live in Greer. But the pizzas are much better here they taste like they used to when I was in the military stationed in Baltimore. If you need a Pizza come to Augusta in Greenville the general manager &Kaylee makes amazing pizza.

Worst Dominos by far. Called to let them know I never received my order and they basically said “that’s your fault.” Asked them to confirm with driver if there was a car in the driveway and they “couldn’t remember” but don’t worry definitely confirmed it was delivered to my house. Well, it was on camera that it wasn’t. No sense of customer service. I could hear them talking trash in the background and being bold face lied to is crazy. Having to order multiple times from this store in the past should have been my favorite indicator to not order from them ever again but I also understand that mistakes happen. But the way this situation was handled was atrocious, not that they care.

My delivery driver Steven is absolutely wonderful. This is the second time he has delivered my food. He is always on time very polite well mannered it is very hard to find any delivery people that meets his quality. My pizza looks delicious. I’ve not had a chance to eat it yet. Order a pizza for pickup awhile ago and it was ready 40 minutes later. I canceled and ask for a refund. Manager wanted me to return to the store to receive a refund. I ordered and paid online. Why not refund my card or send me a check. Awful customer service!

Absolutely terrible service. I placed my order at 8:15 PM, was told it would be ready at 8:43 PM, and didn’t get it until 9:28 PM. That’s unacceptable.
What made it worse was the rude attitude when I asked for an update. No apology, no professionalism — just bad customer service. Do better.

This place has never failed me. EVERY order I’ve ever placed has always been correct, and the food is always hot. I always create my pizza, and it’s always made correctly and taste amazing! The staff there all are friendly and a pleasure
