Been years since I came here because I used to get horrible portions, cold food, and greasy chicken. Finally decided to give them another chance because I’ve been told that they’ve improved but have decided I once again, will never be going back. Ordered a 3 piece tender meal, one of the tenders was tiny and broken, the potato wedges were mostly crumbs (only 4 whole wedges), and the baked beans didn’t even fill halfway up the container. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ate there most recently Saturday and Monday! The fish meal is fantastic! Such large pieces at a reasonable price. The green beans are very good as well (especially for canned beans)

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered chicken BREASTS and I get everything but what I ordered. Food was hot and fresh, because I had to wait 10 mins. I got 2 thighs in a 2 piece the first time. 2 legs and a wing in the 3rd order. This time I got a thigh, a wing and a leg. I ordered a leg, and 2 breasts. It’s depressing they don’t know the difference of chicken in a chicken food chain.

It’s decent fried chicken. The service is terrible. It’s all too common for the staff to forget to put the entire order in the bag. They’re likely overworked, understaffed, and possibly underpaid. And still, many fast casual restaurants don’t have the poor reputation that Wapak lee’s does.

Stopped by around 8 tonight. Noticed they were doing a slow close and was just going to place a to-go order since they don’t close until 9. We don’t eat here enough to memorize the menu, and was getting food for a medium sized group. Not only did one worker run across the store and lock the door as I was walking up, the cashier ignored me the first time I knocked. The second time I got a point to the drive-thru without looking away from their phone. There are no dine-in hours posted online or on the front door that we saw, but if I’m wrong let me know and I’ll remove this. Otherwise, it was rude and unacceptable service.
Didn’t order, won’t order in the future, and I hope work ethic gets better for everyone else that enjoys their food.

My wife loves the Chicken Pot Pie. I recommend the 3 pc fish dinners. Outstanding! I usually go to Wapak or St. Marys. Both places have THE BEST fish dinners. I think it’s walleye…not sure. Keep in mind that the fish dinners are made to order so they are hot and fresh and you will be asked to pull aside and they will bring your order out to you. It’s worth the waite. Slightly spicy. And the service and associates are friendly and respectful….We stop here at

Our absolute favorite location. They are always friendly and the food is always fresh. My favorite chicken dinner. The fish dinner is also superb, incredibly delicious. Huge pieces as well. Please open a location in Shawnee. I will not stop asking this owner to do so until it happens, I know it would be a huge hit.
