Placed an order and it was set to be delivered within 30 minutes. I called because when I ordered before the driver took forever to bring our food and it was cold. So I called this time to let them know of the previous issue. She said he is leaving right now that was 259 pm. I said ok bc you guys are literally 1.3 miles away on the same street. 6 minutes tops. She said he is leaving now. I called back 3 times told her the app keeps pushing my delivery time back abd had him 39 minutes away and she said no he is on the way the app is wrong. On my 3rd call I said you said they were on the way 30 minutes prior and it doesn’t take this long to get here. All the people I ordered pizza for at my school had now left. I asked for a refund bc I didnt want another gang of cold pizza. She said its in a warming container. No maam. Thats not acceptable. I asked for a refund and I was placed on hold for another 20 minutes and they never came back to the phone. She just left me on the phone. I finally get a call from the driver and he said…” I had to take another order for delivery and they never said to bring yours first!” I informed them to bring my order on to my students for the activity we were having yet it was over an hour. Thats twice cold pizza wasted. No thank you.

I order from here almost weekly, and never had a single issue. Pizza is always made fresh, on-time, and accurately. Quality has always been consistent. The employees are courteous. What more can you ask for when you pay $7 for a pizza?

Very bad customer service. I am a vegetarian, and they sent me wrong order of chicken pizza, against my religious belief. When I called them, they shouted at me for taking a bite of that pizza, which I didn’t thought would be chicken. I was okay to return back that pizza, but he was very arrogant. He said he will send another one, which I am not sure!!! Very disappointed!!! Please don’t order here!!!

This would be my worst experience ever. I had ordered 12 inch veggie pizza, chicken barbecue pizza and a stuffed bread with no pepperoni. And guess what, i get one medium pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni stuffed bread and a chicken pizza (gladly that came right!). I politely called them to ask them regarding my order mishap and there was this girl, who talked really rude and started abusing in her mother tongue and being muslim pepperoni was not something i could have. The people working here didn’t even consider my religion and my values and started disrespecting me and my beliefs. I would suggest nobody to give here, as their service is not the best as you can see and instead apologizing she started spewing nonsensical things on phone.

Worst place ever don’t go here. Very condescending very rude!! Hire people who actually want to do their job and aren’t money hungry harassing people for tips. Domino’s, pay your workers so they aren’t at our door like solicitors begging for more money. I never received my order because I wanted it placed at the door but the driver wanted a tip from me so refused to place the order and eventually left with it. They refused to refund me multiple times and told me to wait outside for the driver and cold food. They finally gave me a refund with an attitude and no explanation on when it will go back on my card and about my rewards points. The man swiftly hung up on me. If you don’t like your job go find another one, don’t bring down a business and make people’s day bad.

They faithfully delivered to me many times over the course of 3 years and it was always correct and hot. The drivers were always polite and I’ve never had any issues. Wonderful place, definitely order from here if you’re looking for Dominoes
