I arrived at 7:58 PM (the store’s posted closing time is 8:00 PM) to pick up an order that had already been accepted and supposedly prepared. Yet both employees decided that hiding in the kitchen was their best “customer service” strategy. I knocked twice – both times they disappeared. I called the store – they answered, hung up, and went right back to hiding. If that’s how they treat someone who already has a confirmed order, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. If they want to play hide-and-seek, they should do it at home, not at work.
Honestly, it’s no surprise businesses like this don’t do well when they hire people with zero motivation, zero work ethic, and zero respect for customers. So many people out there are looking for a job, yet somehow they choose the ones who care the least about doing it right.

I absolutely love going to 3 Natives. After every workout, it has become my go-to spot for my favorite combo: avocado protein toast and an oat milk latte. The owners, Chastidy, Mo, and team always greet me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that makes me feel right at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is always fresh, and the service is consistently amazing. It’s become a routine I look forward to and one I never miss.

Used to be my favorite place to eat in PSL but my last Caesar wrap sucked. The tortilla was hard, cracked, and sloppily wrapped, and barely had any ingredients. This place is great! We just moved in today and needed some good fresh food. We were thrilled with our choices of smoothies and wraps. Everything was very fresh. The smoothies was a perfect blend of berries and protein. The wrap was to die for. Just the right amount of crunch, tender juicy chicken and delicious ginger dressing. This will be a favorite go to from now on!

While I have not been in to the actual location I do order an acai bowl almost every morning and they are amazing. The staff is so wonderful, some days there are little notes on my bowl and they pay attention so much that they asked me to call them to make sure my order was being made right every morning! I cannot wait to actually go in when I have a chance, it is amazing food and even better service
