Wow! What a view! The food was the best I had in the 7 day stay and we will be back. So fresh, amazing flavors and cocktails were fabulous! Highly recommend! No reservations so make sure you go a little early!

I had a wonderful experience at Fish Bar in St. Thomas. The dishes were absolutely delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that really stood out in every bite. We ordered a cup of Lobster Bisque for starter which was really delicious and Caribbean Fish Plate as the entree and finished it off by Chocolate Mousse Cake.
The ambience is beautiful and relaxing, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Their staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Portion sizes are just right—more than enough for one person without feeling overwhelming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.
What stood out the most to me was how much care they’ve put into their customers where they had mesh windows in their patio/terrace so we weren’t bothered or disturbed by flies/bees while eating outdoor.

Add you may know, i rate places on what they are trying to be more than a competition with other places. The Fish Bar is just what the name impress, a fun bar with some really nice fish. The fish of the day was wahoo and it worked well with the poke bowl. I had the snapper crudo, Peruvian style and it was top notch. Essentially a dressed up sashimi. Very nicely prepared and presented, and quite delicious. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it is an island so parking along the road is ok if you are smart about it. The Fish Bar. Unassuming name but a fantastic experience.

The views and ambiance were top notch. The service was great as well. Our party of 4 enjoyed the food all around. Highly recommend for a nice meal out if you like seafood. Items ordered included raw oysters (Prince Edward) served with 3 sauces. Salmon crudo Peruvian style, wahoo & tuna poke bowls and Caribbean fish plate.

We are so glad to have stumbled upon this spot! Everything we ordered here was delicious. My personal favorite was the Caribbean Fish Platter. It was a piece of fresh Wahu with creamed corn and avocado salad were great sides! We also loved the chocolate cake with guava sauce. We talked about it for days after!

Food was some of the best we had on our trip, and the interior of the restaurant gave off a really cool vibe. The bar area is super sleek, and the back patio deck is screened in and has a great mountain top view of the islands across the bay. Fancy restaurant vibes with a laid back and friendly atmosphere. Brought our 4 month old daughter here, and it was very accommodating. Driving home in the rain and dark was an adventure though.

Screened in deck with an amazing view of bay. Great service and amazing food. We had tuna ceviche, poke bowl and crisp Peruvian style with wahoo as fish of the day. It’s out of the way and entrees start at $30 per person but totally with it for really amazing seafood.

Wow! When we asked the cabbie to take us to Fish Bar, he frowned. It is a trek from Charlotte Amalie. But when we got to Fish Bar we saw why it was recommended – the view (and the food). The beer and wine list needs some work but as we stared out on to Hull Bay from the patio… we made it work. We went for happy hour and ordered an assortment of appetizers (poppers, shrimp, tuna sliders & lobster Mac & cheese). Shrimp was typical. Poppers were just ok. But the tuna and mac&cheese were just phenomenal. If you go get tuna sliders till you burst!!! Love this place. Thank you for the experience.
FYI. To get back home we waited in front and within 10-minutes a cab dropped of new patrons and was happy for the fare back into town.

Incredible island gem. Came for the happy hour and the Passionfruit ceviche plate. The cocktails and food were outstanding. The ambiance in the restaurant was elegant yet very relaxed and the view was gorgeous. Great customer service too. I do recommend arriving early though as a line forms at the door as soon as they open and parking is limited

My wife and I love this place. We come often for the happy hour from 4-5. Really good service, view, food and ambiance. Parking is rough, but it’s worth the hassle.
