Its a small, typical looking diner but the food was surprisingly good! We went for breakfast and I wasn’t expecting it to be bad, i just didnt expect it to be this good! The coffee was good, which is also important. The restaurant was very clean. Dad had the pancakes – theyre huge – with crispy bacon and i had a philly cheesesteak omelette with crispy hash browns. It was so flavorful! Our waitress (brown hair and glasses, didnt get her name) was really nice. They were pretty quick too. Will be back to check out lunch! Recommend you give them a try. Total cost today was $18.75 (not including tip) but would have been $16.75 if i didnt get hash browns LOL! They were worth it though. They do accept credit/debit cards and Apple, Google, and Samsung Pay along with cash of course

Today marks the third maybe fourth time I have eaten at Mountain View Cafe and with that said im unfamiliar with the menu. I did visit today and were asked what would I like but never given a menu or asked for one. I would have given 5 stars other wise and I admit the food was good but wanted to see what choices I had.

Love it, and will be getting more breakfast from there.. I know since I’ve moved here and if I work in the morning I go there just to get there sausage and biscuit and eat what time I’m going down the road, they’re so fluffy and melt in ur mouth good. And to boot, it’s a reasonable price and friendly people.

The best food! So yummy, and quick! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and they always treat you like family. The owner is so thoughtful and caring of her customers and always trys her best to keep her community happy. I recommend this place for all 3 meals of the day because when you’re tired of cooking they definitely have some great home-cooked meals.

Oooh y’all! I had been going to this place for years. Even through the owner changes and they still have great food! They cook it really fast too! Plus the staff there are super kind when you speak to them. They usually have a different special each day. So you get to try so kinds of different home cooked meals. I usually just order to go because there was always a packed building when it was called Sandra’s! I have not ever dined in there though.

Placed an order of 2 biscuits. Get to the cafe 15 minutes later and they tell me it’s not ready, fine whatever! Then I wait another 5 minutes to see if it’s ready Again! Nope! After 10 minutes longer, the woman working register tells my husband “your order isn’t ready because the cook hasn’t started it yet”. So if your curious about their service, lol ITS GREAT! Yeah right! I definitely do not recommend this place!! The former owner was beyond 100% better and faster. Hope this helps and is informative.

We absolutely love ordering from this place. We usually order for pick up and the lady who takes orders over the phone is always very friendly and our food is always got. They’ve never got our order wrong which is a huge plus! Great “home cooking”!

When u walk in and set down the waitress doesn’t hand you menu’s, there’s nothing posted to decide what you want to eat. We place an order for Waters ,our waitress went outside, came back in, took a phone call and had to be told that we were waiting before we got our Waters. Thos places could be great but has room to improve. Stating with always handing out menu’s when new customers come in to sit down.
