If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This is the second time I’ve come into this location and got shitty service from the same yt guy older gentleman. Anyway, both times I came I asked for a wrap, the first time he told me they couldn’t sell the wraps. Although they were behind him under the bread. I brushed it off and left because I specifically wanted a wrap. Yesterday 2/14 around 2:20p I tried to get a wrap again, he warmed up my chicken and melted my cheese as requested then I asked for fresh avocado because the one at the counter was brown. He told me he was not opening a fresh pack of avocado to make my wrap so I told him don’t worry about it and walked out. As I stated don’t worry about it he was like okay shrugged his shoulders and basically didn’t care. I’ve seen from other reviews that this location seems to be a breeding ground for rude service from employees and that will be the reason this place losses customers. Not only do we pay for our food, we pay for the experience as well, had he just gave me fresh avocado he would’ve gotten a tip and I would have left a happy customer but oh well.

I am extremely disappointed with my last visit here. In the past they have always been on point but this one was absolutely horrible. I stopped in to get the family food after work and i enhountered the most unprofessional and RUDE employee ever.. while i was waiting i asked another employee what her name was. And was told Nicole..she was in the lobby talking to what im going to asssume were her family or friends because i was VERY rudely told to hang on while she continued to talk and actually sit down with them while myself and another customer waited to order. After waiting almost 10 minutes for her the gentleman behind me left, and i was right behind him. She seemed happy that we were leaving and she didnt have to work. I dont know subway you may want to have a discussion with her. She was extremely rude . I know in the scheme of things losing 2 sales may not seem like much but i will be posting about the horrible experiemce on all of my social media platforms. I have been to this location several times and had excellent service by other employees. I know the one girls name is Mary because she always seems to be there whenever i come in. She always greets me with a friendly hello and is ALWAYS very kind. If i come in again and “Nicole” is working I will turn around and leave. I am not even going to apologize for the lengthy review because i hope somebody in management sees this and actually had a talk with this employee because i have 2 other friends that have had a very similar experiences with the same employee. If she is treating us this way i am pretty sure we arent the only ones. I have been a manager in the fast food industry for many years and this is completely unacceptable.

I was just at this location, today on hollowed. Never a wait in line, the two women Talia and Maria maybe or Mary they had black and red hair. Customers can be rude but these lady’s work like a machine. Subway should reward them for their hard work!

This place is great, I think Im lucky as I go here with friends and there aren’t much customers each time. So, the wait time for my food isn’t even 5 minutes. I always order the same thing, the steak Philly sandwich. I give 4 stars due to how tasty and yummy the sandwich is. Next time I go, I will remember to take a picture ☺️.

Says they’re open. No one is answering the phone or saying anything at drive through window. Signs on.

Edit I walked in and said hello anyone here and a lady walked out said she was in the cooler. I was calling for about 10 minutes but after that when I went to order my steak egg and cheese flatbread (it’s on the menu) she said they don’t have eggs at this location.
Not her fault just aggravated at the whole situation. Why open for breakfast when you don’t get eggs at this location idk

Terrible service. The employee literally had a attitude the whole time and was throwing shit around. Threw my sandwich in a bag and it opened and got everywhere cause she didn’t properly wrap it. She is always so rude and moody. She needs to get fired. Already spoke to corporate hopefully they do something about her nasty behavior.

Bad customer service I literally just ordered here online and they got my order wrong. I asked for two veggie subs one with banana peppers in the other with the banana peppers one was supposed to be lightly toasted And the other one wasn’t but they both were burnt. I called for a refund, but A woman and a manager told me I will have to come in person so they can remake it. I ordered for a reason. I obviously didn’t have a ride to go in person to order in the first place. i’m highly disappointed because I didn’t even get a chance to enjoy my food AND I WASTED MONEY.

I wanted to take advantage of the 6.99 footlong special that the have going on until September 8th. I was informed that it had to be ordered online which I didn’t recall that in the advertisement of tv. I took the time to order one online in the store and had a lot of difficulty with it. Doing things online and apps, etc. does not come as easy as pie as does to our grandchildren and great-children. One of the staff made an effort to help a few times and said that it never went through. When I began to drive off, she called back and said that it did come through. As she was preparing the sandwich, I realized that I was still charged the full price and brought it to her attention. She said, that it was buy one, get one free. I told her that we both knew that’s not what the ad said, so I asked her to give me the other the should have for free. She refused. I told her, that if I was not so hungry I would not buy the sandwich. I felt like they should have made the adjustment somehow. They really went overboard on the AC. I couldn’t dine inside, it would have been as if I was dining in a deep freezer.
