I think this photo speaks for its self… absolutely DISGUSTING wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Had to return my “wrap” twice horrible customer service and absolutely gross.

This was the worst subway I have ever gotten. We ordered 3 subs all toasted 2 chicken balón ranch and one turkey. The turkey had smashed avocado on it and it tasted rotten. It was my wife’s she ordered a twelve inch and ate less than 6. Mine had an odd taste but most notably the bread was doughy like it hadn’t been cooked all the way. Next time I would pick a different subway this was just gross and yes both of the herb and cheese breads were doughy.

Employees not wearing their masks behind the counter had them around their chins and necks? Also told manager that the ice at the drink machine had dirt or mold in the ice.

I order subway today and I got home and it was the wrong sub I call up there to talk to the manager no manager was there just a supervisor I told her they made the wrong sub she said bring the receipt and the sub back I can’t find the receipt she said she can’t remake it than I been ordering from this subway for a while now but I think I order from another one from now on if they can’t make the right sub and order the loaded nachos they was not good this time the last time I got them they was good

Went through drive thru ordered the beast sub, paid the 12$ for the half pound of meat, got home, 30 minutes away and didn’t have one of meats, any cheese, and nothing was double as advertised… supervisor on duty was useless.. sub wasn’t even made correctly… and was told they couldn’t do anything unless I returned with it… never going to this subway again

I arrived here with no cars in front of me and ordered here through the drive through. After waiting for 3 minutes, the employee gruffly answered through the microphone and said ‘hang on.’ I then waited for another couple minutes before she told me ‘go ahead.’ Once I pulled up to the window, as I was waiting for my food, a pink haired employee quite literally threw my sandwich against the inside of the drive through window. It took me a minute to register what happened and I debated even accepting the sandwich after that, but decided against being confrontational. After I was handed my sandwich, I still said thanks and instead of a reply, the pink haired employee looked at me like I had just stolen her tires or something and promptly slammed the window without a response. I understand that you have hard days at work or maybe you even hate your job, but treating any customer like that, especially out of left field, is beyond unacceptable. It was an utter disappointment and I’m embarrassed for the owner and the company as a whole for employing someone like this. Without a doubt, I will never return to this subway again.

I love subway especially their ham subs. I eat there at least twice a week sometimes. People are so nice and so far no complaints. They kinda know me when I come through the line. They put alot of ham always on my sandwich. Thank you

Horrible customer service & food! The girl fixing my family’s sandwiches didn’t know what she was doing & got everything wrong. When I mentioned to the girl at the register that my daughter’s sub was a kids meal she was very rude & grabbed her sub and cut it in half! And said it was a kids meal now. Then she said some very degrading & disrespectful remarks about it. Then when we tried to use a coupon for the footlong she wouldn’t let us & said some trashy & disrespectful remarks about using a coupon. The overall experience there was very horrible! The food was no good & prepared very sloppy! The only thing there was the cookies. But it surely wasn’t worth the amount of money we spent there. Do not recommend going there & will never go back again!
