Not my best experience at a Chick-fil-A. It was busy. The workers were not as polite as they usually are. I only ordered a frosted lemonade, pineapple dragon fruit lemonade, and ice cream cone. They gave the pineapple dragon fruit lemonade in the ice cream to me right away, but then I had to wait to get the frosted lemonade, and it felt longer than usual. When I finally got the frosted lemonade it was only 2/3 full. I love Chick-fil-A, but this one is pretty bad.

Went to Chick-fil-A inside the suu student center. Had a great experience until my husband open this sandwich to find NO chicken. But a friendly note on the inside of the box. Going to call on Monday let them know. But what a terrible disappointment.

One of several eating places in the Sharwan Student Center on the SUU campus, Chick-fil-A has become a resource for our meals on *and* off campus. The photo is of “home-made” Chicken Tortilla Soup: 2 cans of Campbell’s Bean and Bacon Soup, one* serving of Chick-fil-A Sweet Spicy Sriracha dip, and a 12-count of Grilled Chicken Nuggets, chopped into smaller pieces. It’s that simple: Cook together on stove or in microwave, top with crushed Tortilla chps (I used Nacho Doritos), and serve. Makes 5 lunch-size bowls for your family, or 2 dinner-sized servings for adults.
*For a spicier soup, add two Sriracha packets, or a half-teaspoon of jalapeño powder.

Melissa and the cashier girl messed up my order and still made me pay for it. No biggy but they started closing down at 7:20 when I came to just get a frosted coffee which they were out of. Gave me one sauce when I asked for some. So went back for more which they were stingy about to give me one more. Customer service was awful. Super rude staff, maybe just turned 18 and this was their first time working a job they hate and were super annoyed that they had to take your order. Which go figure for some reason my fries were cold. I’m a senior here at SUU and have ate here many times for years. Never has it been this bad. Normally the staff is phenomenal and food is great, and most definitely warm. Also both two girls weren’t in uniform talking about a party. Which is whatever, just not as professional as it use to be.

Crowded with long lines but registers are slow. Bad customer service and usually rude; only a few are nice. Terrible hours and typically close early. Food is ok (overpriced but it’s a campus location) but will forget sauce and half fill your fries.

Got a 10$ voucher and just wanted a sandwich. After processing I asked about the remainder of the voucher. They refused to even write the remainder or give me something else on the menu for the rest of the money, and basically said I was out of luck. For a University food court, using a university given voucher that is kind of pathetic.
