The food here is excellent. I’m generally not a fan of Brussels sprouts, but the ones here were really impressive. The corn dip and chicken strips were also delicious. However, the portion sizes are small across the board. The beer list is pretty basic/limited. I was surprised to see the place empty on a Friday night.

The servers were nice. The space was a little cramped and slightly uncomfortable. The decorations didn’t really make sense, the menu text was slightly cut off on the top and bottom and printed on low quality paper making it hard to read, and the blue neon was too much. It was clean. My main feedback is that the portions were small for the price, way too much salad dressing, and the buffalo tater tots are actually a salad with a few tots on top. They charged $5 extra for chicken but only had a very small portion. The wings were around $13 for 6 wings. The drinks were around 12-15 dollars. Considering this place is a burger, pizza, sandwich shop in a small belleville restaurant the prices are too high for the portion and quality of the food.

Friday evening ended great at the Blue Porch. I enjoyed the delicious flavor of the fried ribs and hot tater tots. A cold Octoberfest beer went well with the meal. Later a really good Margarita . The service was excellent! 5 Stars

Service was fast and efficient. At least when they are busy, it’s communal/family seating. As of today, no draft beer. Cocktails were good. The food came out in a reasonable time. I feel the brussel sprouts had too much sauce. Olive Burger and BBQ pork sandwich were tasty. The homemade potato chips are awesome. Check out the crazy picture frames by the restroom.

Been here twice, once with the whole family. I must say the food is over the top great. I’m hooked on the Blue Olive Burger, it’s got the green Italian ovine salad which I grew up on those olive, blue cheese, smoked chipotle aioli, toasted pretzel bun. It was fantastic. My son this time the Porch Chicken Sandwich. Chicken Breast, Provolone, Tomatoes, crispy onions,Nashville Hot Mustard on a toasted pretzel bun. Last time I had the fried pickles and marshmallow Brownie. To full this time to add those. My advice, this place is a tiny hidden gem that every foodie should check out. Simply the best. Give them a try the service was fast friendly and great.

TLDR: Food was mostly misses. The chicken sandwich was dry, thin, flavorless, and unacceptable for the price, with only the pork sandwich being a bright (but still dim) spot. Service was strong despite being understaffed. Atmosphere was mixed. The hot sauce wall was interesting but poorly labeled, and the harsh blue LED lighting made the space uncomfortable.
Food: My fiancé ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken was hard, dry, and thin. The lettuce on the sandwich was the stalk of the lettuce so she couldn’t eat the greens on the sandwich. The chicken was also lacking flavor, relying on the sauce to carry the flavor of the sandwich. My pork sandwich was good though. The two star rating for the food is because of the unacceptable condition the chicken sandwich was in, especially for approximately $13.00
Service: Our server was open about the menu options and she seemed to have knowledge of the menu which is a big plus. She was the only bartender/server on shift and was making sure everyone was getting adequate service.
Atmosphere: This restaurant would be greatly improved without the very bright blue led lights lining each window. Very uncomfortable and they definitely remind you of why it is called the “blue” porch. Look at the other reviews and you will see this blue light taking over almost every photo guests took. I really did like the wall of heat, although I had to research what each hot sauce Scoville rating was. A great addition would be some sort of legend/guide showing which are spiciest (such as low to high). Extremely hot sauces were put right next to low spice sauces which can be troublesome, especially since the waitstaff tonight didn’t have knowledge about which were hot or mild. The ambiance was also lackluster, with the restaurant having oddly quiet times where there was very quiet music in the background with the sound of people almost having to whisper because it is so cramped and no background noise. It is better to have music a bit louder so that people have to talk louder, rather than it sounding almost like a study hall.

Super disappointed in this salad. It’s $20 and I pulled out 5 very small pieces of chicken. Not worth the extra cost for chicken. I know they can do better than this because their chicken salad sandwhich is great. But this was a rip off and huge disappointment.

I got home and again the Alabama chicken was great then my floppy doughy pizza was stacked on top of each other. My question is if you dont have pizza boxes thats fine use two, to go boxes or just dont have a pizza option on the menu

My wife and I love it here. Small and intimate. We have come here multiple times. Drinks are great and everything off the menu has been excellent. I noticed another review mention the decor not making sense. Its called the blue porch…and they make it seem like you are sitting on a porch…not sure what that other idiot was talking about.
