Absolutely the worst dunkin’ donuts you’re going to find in this area. The staff who work here are full of pure incompetence. I’ve been here three times and had problems three times. The first two times waited more than 10 minutes and they messed up our coffee today we were in line for almost 25 minutes because they’re short staff and can’t figure out how to run the store. Absolutely disgusting customer service, they got nothing but kids working there who don’t care….. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the other dunkin’ donuts

I don’t usually care to write reviews but after the customer service I had received today I thought I needed to share, I went to my local dunks this morning and made a order but I messed it up and I went up to the window and spoke to Carlos about me messing up my own order and asked if he could fix an he made me feel like I was not a burden to ask and was very happy to do it. That’s the kind of service I would love to see more of…..thank you again Carlos!!!!!!!

Came here on Easter & Leslie & Gerald were working. They were awesome !! So fast and friendly too . I’ve come in many times before @ night . And the shop was kinda chaotic & messy . One of the employees usually working when this is going on is Zach .Hope these two guys stay !! My coffee was made perfect thanks again .

I love this quiet location. Other Dunkin Donuts places have music blasting loud, but this one keeps a pleasant atmosphere. The staff have been great, and I enjoy stopping here for a quick snack and/or drink and use of decent quality internet.

I waited 25 minutes in line for my food. I had an appointment and nearly missed it due to the fact that the people at the drive thru took ages on every single order. Got my order wrong 4 times in a row despite me correcting them every time they read it back to me. Honestly not happy at all with this dunkin’. Woman at the window barely spoke English and I couldn’t even correct my order properly because she didn’t understand me.

The two women that open this store in the mornings are awesome. I am a truck driver (18 wheelers) and as you could imagine it is very difficult to get coffee early in the mornings even more so in a truck as wel as with COVID going on right now. I park at a gas station next door & order through the app, the ladies allow me to pick up my coffee by walking to the drive thru window and have never gave me a hard time about it because they know I drive trucks. Thankyou, you are appreciated it means more than you know
