Wadsworth Pizza & Deli

I used to really like this place and have been ordering since I was 15. I’m 23 now. Have been a loyal customer for yearssss. But lately they have been getting majority of my orders wrong. After multiple times of getting my order wrong and me reporting it, I get attitude and the owner/manager stopped allowing deliveries to my house, instead of taking accountability. When I called for an explanation, his words were “if we mess up the order so much why do you keep ordering from us” what business owner or manager would say that? Again not taking accountability. They were wrong, they got the order wrong multiple times and in return they stopped deliveries to my house. Very unprofessional, rude, and they don’t know how to talk to people or to follow simple requests on my orders , which is literally their job. If you’re looking for a good pizza store to order from, around the way, order from Tommy’s pizza or filas pizza. Way better service there and they never get my orders wrong.

I ordered a chicken tenders platter today. Normally everything is good. Today I received a side salad that comes with it. I was totally discussed, the salad was totally gross. The lettuces was brownish and smelly. I tossed the salad after checking to make sure it hadn’t touched my other food. I mean who ever fixed it had to see that they were putting smelly lettuce on my platter. It will be awhile before I order from Wadsworth again. Yes I did call but management was busy.

The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE from the manager. Food was skimpy, and now how consistent it usually is and it’s very disappointing. Talking to the manager on the phone, I let him know it was barely ANY ketchup and his was response was “well what do you want me to drown it with ketchup” and then followed up by saying “well it’s a Friday night what do you expect” I expect my food to be right and not look like that. SMH! And they didn’t use any gloves to make the order!

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak hoagie and they delivered a chicken cheesesteak. I called and talked to them and the cook said he put the lettuce and tomato on the end of the hoagie(basically lying). They gave me a $2 credit because I wasn’t going to wait 15mins for them to bring me lettuce and tomato. When I bit into the cheesesteak it’s salty!!!

NOPE! I ordered a cheesesteak from here, halfway thru eating the first half something was caught in my throat. I had to cough it out and wow! It was the corner piece of an American Cheese Wrapper! How Trifling! I know mistakes happened, but seriously? I brought it back, the manager briefly apologized and showed it to the cook who didn’t even bat an eye of concern. The manager offered another remake but I just wanted my money back. So i was refunded and that was my FIRST and LAST time ever going to that place.

Ordered large cheesesteaks and they were very SKIMPY. What a ripoff. We paid over $69 tonight and we got expensive bread and condiments. I was a frequent customer but now I can’t return. See the picture for reference.

The pizza is good but this is just sad. Everyone knows that you can’t just let a hot pizza slide all over the place. I keep trying to give this pizza store a chance and every time they let me down. Like my pizza should not looks this. I tipped for this. Smh.

I Order.a Delivery Grill Chicken Salad With Everything on it And they send Me A Salad with Chicken not Done , and The Manager said this is the First Time someone call about the Chicken Not Done .. I Said it’s A First time For Everything in Life .He got Upset .. Why it’s Life … Since he gave Me A Hard time and I Said I didn’t Want another One because Now I Don’t Trust whoever cooking .. And He Wouldn’t Refund .. I let him go about the Cheese Cake have a piece of Plastic in it ..and gave them another chance .. How are U Going to Treat A Person Nasty .. My $ is Your $ .. If U Don’t have Patience and Tolerance for Your Profession then You Shouldn’t Work for The Public and Be Nasty For No Reason … Not Right .. Treat People The Way You Want to Be Treated !

10/30/25 Spoke to Owner and He Was Very Kind and Understanding and He Remade My Salad and Apologize
And Wanted to refund Me ,but I wanted the Salad So I am Trying Again .. We Have to Own Up to Our Mistakes and Apologize
