So I had a really long day at work and I looked on Google to see you know what fast food is open. Jack in the box was The shining star. One open until 2:00 a.m. at least so it says online, but it’s actually 1:00 a.m. I show up on time at 12:30. Maybe 12:35? I look at the menu really quick. They inform us the soda machine is down until tomorrow so I make it really easy. Two sourdough jacks that’s it. Lo and behold as we’re driving away and I pull out my sandwich. I have sourdough bread cheese, some sauce, the bacon and barely toasted. But a key ingredient was missing to my sandwich that I so longed for after my very long day of work… The kids on shift forgot or purposefully didn’t put hamburger patties in both sandwiches. I am too tired to go and argue with some children after working all day so I did just eat my sandwich. I’ve worked in fast food before. But I find it really disappointing and hope they didn’t do it to the order after us as well.

I went through drive through during my lunch hour, I ordered 3 egg rolls and they gave them to me frozen. I was so upset. I waited about 10 minutes in line to pick up my order and still got them frozen. Wasted almost my entire lunch time there and still wasn’t able to eat. The employees were nice. I just can’t believe I got frozen egg rolls.

I work nights so on my break i try to make a quick run to the nearest jack in the box for their crunchy tacos , and a cheeseburger to curtail my hunger for the last hours of my shift, on this night in particular I went through the drive through and ordered crunchy tacos and a cheeseburger and got food poisoning after eating it . When I was in the drive through I observed the restaurant manager cooking my food without any gloves on but since the lobby was closed as it was after hours I didn’t get the opportunity to address to the manager what I had observed. And being extremely tired and hungry at the time, i didnt feel like getting any more agitated then I already was .. shame on me for not asking for my money back instead

Today is February 4, 2024 and it is 10:35 AM. The young girl at the drive-through window is super rude. I asked them for the loaded mini tacos and asked for extra cheese. On my lunch break I had to go back to the drive-through .. She took them back reheated them didn’t even remake them and left the soggy lettuce on there and added more lettuce. I didn’t ask for extra lettuce I asked For extra cheese. I wasted nearly my whole entire lunch for something that wasn’t worth 650. I probably will never be coming back to this Jack-in-the-Box

I love how the owner responds back to people and says oh sorry. But never does anything to make things better that Jack-in-the-Box is horrible. I ordered DoorDash today and with my order I ordered two sugar-free Red Bulls. They gave me two regular Red Bulls, which I can’t drink because I’m a diabetic. The DoorDash driver goes back to get the sugar-free on the receipt and the people in the restaurant. tell the driver he has to request those so instead of saying sorry try making things better at your restaurant.

Would have given this place five stars. But, I spent hundreds of dollars here and they yelled at me cause my little brother put soda in a water cup. I don’t control my brother for one. Also, with being a consistent customer they could be a little less rude. He’s a small kid he only drink the smallest amount of soda. It cost them maybe 12 cents at most for his soda and like I said I was always buying food here. One day I spent $30 just on redbulls here.

I ordered this morning. I ordered a 14 which are the chicken nuggets with curly fries and a Coke they say the coke isn’t available at that time. So I asked for Sprite. Get to the window they give me diet Coke and the chicken strips even tho my receipt says nuggets. Was in a hurry for work that morning because I wanted something to eat. Not impressed.
