Easily one of the best on the Gold Coast. Fine dining level food, friendly and efficient service without the snoot. I loved the open kitchen and watching the staff peacefully and meticulously prepare the food.
Probably the best prawns and scallops I’ve ever had. Beef tartare was delicious, not over done as many restaurants often do. I could have stopped there and just had 5 plates of it!
We spent $125 /head not inc drinks. Unique cocktail offerings and also nice wine selection by the glass. Beer selection was a bit boring though.
Definitely my new special occasion go to, wish I took more photos but I was just enjoying the atmosphere too much!

Overall a tasty dining experience. All the food was nicely made. The chicken was our highlight of the meal, very well cooked with a simple yet delicious sauce. The rest of our dishes were nice but nothing exciting compared to other comparable dishes at similar restaurants. We were sad that there was no fish option as a main on the menu, we would expect a restaurant like this to have a fish main course.

Came here last week with friends to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful experience.
The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The service was also exceptional. I made a reservation mentioning I would come for birthday celebration and they kindly reserved a nice corner table by the window for us, which was perfect for photos.
A special shout-out to the staff member who helped take pictures for us. She was very friendly and had a great eye for angles — the photos turned out amazing. Really appreciate it:)

Editing the review after being here the second time. I can’t actually think of another restaurant that presents such good food and ambiance on the Gold coast. It’s phenominal. The restaurant is wonderful and overall I would go back. It was our first visit and all the savoury food was excellent. Extremely high standard. Would have been a 5 star but the desert which was not great at all.

Great experience all ’round. I was greeted with a smile by both waiter and chefs. It’s great to be able see the kitchen and the efficiency and enjoyment in the kitchen. Service was impeccable, even though the venue was very full. The lamb fell off the bone, the wine selection was great and the cutlery, glassware and napkins are good quality. Highly recommend!

Fresh, local seafood. Cute atmosphere in the heart of Burleigh heads. Staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. We had a stunning bottle of French Malbec and sat in the corner booth next to the window. BBQ Prawns and the caramelised butter are standout on the menu.

Loved every minute of being in Labart, beautiful decor, beautiful food, beautiful staff.
Cocktails to start were so refreshing, the Sashimi was delicious as was my duck, every little detail of each dish was done to high standards.
I read a review of the popcorn icecream not working with the chocolate mousse? It certainly works for me, not too rich and very well balanced.
So glad we have a restaurant like this so close to home.
