We were on the way to our son’s basketball game and needed dinner. This was a stop on the way and we are SO glad we decided to give it a try!! Our waitress was so kind and quick to take care of all our needs. It was super cold and the roaring fireplace set a cozy atmosphere! I went with the fried shrimp basket and my husband tried the hamburger steak with a side of fried oysters. We both agreed that everything was amazing! The breading on the seafood was perfect and all the sauces were delish!! Especially the ranch and remoulade sauce!! We went with the collards, red rice and French fries as our sides and they were all yummy! I can’t speak to the dessert, but they are in a box in our backseat and I can’t wait to try them!! If you are in the area please stop by! You won’t regret it!!

We had scallops for an appetizer, cooked perfectly & delicious. I ordered the fettuccini alfredo with shrimp & my husband ordered the surf & turf with lobster. Everything was delicious with the exception of the lobster. It was chargrilled & had a heavy char taste neither one of us cared for. Excekkent service & good atmosphere. I recommend everything but the lobster.

First & LAST time at this place! We had a party of 7 so I made resv. We got there & was seated immediately & ordered. Took an hour to get our food (they were not busy-only a few other tables). We ordered medium well steaks & received well done burned on the outside steaks. The one order of chicken & shrimp alfredo had what appeared to be boiled not grilled chicken in it. When brought to attention of wait staff, she said we will get you a fried chicken for it. We had to tell her to replace the dish because even the shrimp did not look cooked. Half way through one of the steaks, there was 3 pieces of shell (assuming it was crab or lobster shell) stuck to the under side of the steak. When the manager came to the table she said “I am going to take your meal off the bill because the plate must not have gotten rinsed” . When I told her it was unacceptable that we were eating off of dishes not properly washed, she got defensive saying that they are properly washed because they go through the sanitation machine but just didnt get rinsed. To me that is not washed PROPERLY & is very unsafe for any customer to eat off of. Will never eat here again, nor will I ever recommend to anyone.

Trivia on Tuesdays is hilariously awful. My wife and two friends got there well before the start time, but was told by the host that he “ran out of answer sheets,” but we weren’t offered blank paper or anything, the host just stared at me. Kinda creepy.

Thankfully, our waitress found us something to write on. There was basically no introduction, scores were never given, and the questions were super vague and ambiguous. There were three large teams that were apparently the regulars and, unshockingly, they all three tied at the end. My wife and I have hosted trivia and been to trivia at at least 10 different places in SC, Georgia, and NYC, and this was easily at the bottom.

If you want a crisp, well-run trivia with fun, solid questions, this isn’t the place. Though how bad it was actually made it somewhat entertaining.
Our waitress was SPECTACULAR.
The food was okay for a small-town seafood place with non-seafood options.

She-crab soup was delicious, not too watery. Needed a little more crab inside. The service was fast, and the place was lively. Home-cooked meals.

We had the fried flounder basket it was over the top and the southern green beans are exactly how they should be!!
The breading on the Flounder
was what I grew up with and the waiter Wayne was great. Definitely coming back !! Yummy

The food was really good. We were a little iffy at first because it is in the middle of a small town and pretty much the only restaurant in town. Whatever you do don’t judge a book by its cover. The steak and lobster were probably the best I have had in a long time. Don’t let the small town fool you, it came with big surprises.

This place was awesome!!! They made room for our group which was 30ish pretty close to last minute. They took care of us as good as if we were a single table. And everybody enjoyed the food. Can’t go wrong here!

I and my family enjoyed our dinner and had the opportunity to try their brunch! The lamb chop breakfast was delicious, both my fiancé and I enjoyed. I also very much enjoyed my beverage Flight! We’ve decided to make this place a stop through fav when we visit again.
