Donesha is hands down the BEST bartender/ Server out here! She keeps the vibe lit, fun, and full of good energy every single time. Not only does she know how to mix amazing drinks, but she also keeps everything professional and classy while making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of.

I had a great experience at the bar thanks to my bartender, Donesha. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made excellent drink recommendations. The cocktails were perfectly balanced, and service was quick even when the bar got busy. She really helped create a welcoming atmosphere and made our night more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar if you visit!

I woke up and wanted a seafood boil and came here and I was completely amazed! The ambience was amazing. I had Monyae as a bartender and she was absolutely great and also funnyyy! She was really fast with everything and also had a bright personality. She literally made my day so much better and now she has a consistent customer!

This location is always booming from what I see. I previously would go to the Bowie location until it recently closed. It is understandable that any business would be busy during a holiday. (Valentine’s Day) I ordered to-go and it was almost an hour wait. Management did attempt to control the overwhelming orders by closing down online orders. Didn’t help but was a great decision. The staff were overwhelmed and literally running back and forth.
Now I would say that the environment was not family friendly in the choice of music that was played, specifically the song “coochie is mine by Miguel” and others. Outside of the cheeks out at the bar, it was a decent vibe.
The staff handed out a single rose to the women in the room as well, whether you were dining in or ordering out. Beautiful gesture.

One thing about the Crafty Crab franchise is how consistent they all are with the quality of their seafood, their drinks always pack a punch & there will always be people there!
I went on a Thursday night, which was surprisingly
super busy! Luckily there wasn’t a long wait and I was able to get seated pretty quickly. It did take about 10 mins or so before my server came to get my drink and food orders but given how busy it was – I guess that’s understandable.
This is one of the few seafood boil spots I’ve been to that has the option for ramen noodles – which is a big plus. I just found that despite asking to have the ramen on the side (and not in the seafood boil bag), they were still overly seasoned for me and tasted quite salty.
All in all, you will definitely get your money’s worth with the drinks… and the seafood is good overall!!

Crafty Crab in Largo has one of THE WORST female Bartenders ever!! Her attitude is outrageous. Have had issues with her on multiple occasions. I sat at the bar for 25 minutes. During which time she served folks on either side of me and others. Never acknowledged me! I spoke with the Manager JR., as I was leaving. That probably was a waste of time also. But I hope not. Something should be done about these individuals in the Food and Customer service Industry, who don’t give a damn about their customers. WE are the ones who put money in your pockets! Absolutely Absurb. More than once I’ve been subjected to her being unprofessional. It’s a Disgrace!!! Waste of time! I guess one should call 1st to ensure she isn’t working before they go in there!!

I didn’t want to cook, but I wanted fish. It was in the same shopping center I was currently sitting in, and I didn’t want chicken. The folks sitting down seemed to enjoy themselves. I ordered catfish and onion rings. Also an order of calamari. I would not sit down to eat here, it’s just not my vibe. I took my order to go. I grabbed some calamari on the way home, and my impression was crunchy, seasoned rubber bands. By the time I was settled in the house, of course things had cooled down. The catfish is good. Nice flavor, fresh. And nice portions. The onion rings, not so much. They all basically have the same breading, but the onion rings cool, were hard like the calamari, and the calamari was hot, popped the box while driving to the shopping center exit. I was going to order dessert but the waitress suggested I not bother. I’m glad I listened. If I want some catfish and fries you get a decent serving of fish and I’m guessing the fries would be as well, maybe if no other was available. Maybe the other dishes are great, there was a good crowd sitting.

I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions and unprofessional conduct I recently witnessed at your establishment.
During my visit, I observed multiple issues that raise serious concerns about customer safety, employee behavior, and overall management. The individual acting as security displayed a hostile and unprofessional attitude, which contributed to an already tense environment. I also witnessed customers arguing with employees while management failed to intervene or remove disruptive individuals. In some cases, customers who refused to pay were allowed to remain on the premises and behave disrespectfully toward staff.
Additionally, the restroom conditions were extremely unsanitary. The odor resembled sewer water, which is especially alarming for a business that serves food. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I believe it warrants attention from the Department of Health.
Equally concerning, some employees were openly cursing at customers and treating them in a disrespectful manner. This behavior reflects a lack of training, oversight, and professionalism.
Based on these observations, I strongly urge immediate corrective action. No customer or employee should be subjected to such conditions, and the current environment poses both health and safety risks.

The food here is pretty decent, but the bar service was very disappointing. I asked for a margarita, and before I could even say what type of tequila I wanted, the bartender rushed and threw something together. It tasted very nasty and still cost me $10. On top of that, she was rude and made me uncomfortable speaking up.
Because of this experience, I will never come back here for drinks again. Service like this really takes away from an otherwise okay place.
