Today I went to Five Guys in Severna Park Md. I had my 8 month old puppy in the car and it was very hot. I left the air conditioning on and couldn’t lock the car. I told the manager I would come back and get my order because I left my puppy in the car. I was so amazed and appreciative when I saw the manager come to bring my food to me. That was excellent service and my puppy and I appreciated it!!!

Customer experience is an “F”. Not rude, just don’t care. 5 workers yelling and speaking loud Spanish with no care, much less eye contact or even a “May I help you”. Empty but still 15 minutes behind pick up time.

With how expensive typical fast food has gotten — there is no reason not to go for quality. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious just as you expect from a Five Guys location. The real highlight were how friendly and polite the staff were and how clean the place was, even the bathrooms. See you next time!

Five Guys is always great, but this location is one of the best I’ve been to. Staff is great. Ingredients are fresh. It is immaculate inside; very well maintained and cleaned. And, of course, the burgers are absolutely packed with flavor.

So far best five guys I’ve had so far. Fries were piping hot, burger was cooked just right. Staff were accommodating as we rushed in 10 min before closing, and took our order and delivered good quality Five Guys. If I’m feeling like a burger and I’m in the area, I’ll definitely drop in again.

The food at this Five Guys is excellent as it is at all Five Guys. But what I love most about this Five Guys is the staff. They are all so friendly and kind. The sweetest folks around. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them over the years. They all know me by name (not sure if that’s a good thing – lol!) and they know my order and prepare it just the way I like it. The service is top notch. The tables are always clean, the condiments are always stocked and tidy, the bathrooms are clean and stocked, everything always looks great inside this restaurant. The staff is always in their uniforms dressed neatly, hair pulled back. And something I’ve noted that really impressed me is the hygiene and sanitation within this restaurant. They always wear gloves when preparing food, always. They always get clean gloves after using the cash register, and the phone, and after touching raw meat. They must go through so many boxes of kitchen gloves there, but never once have I seen them slip up and forget to change their gloves. The hygiene and sanitation is IMPECCABLE! The best I’ve ever seen at any restaurant anywhere ever.

Workers go into bathrooms with their gloves still on and come out of bathroom with their gloves still on in clear view of the customers. Gross. Then I even saw them leave and walk down the sidewalk with gloves on and come back in all the whole touching door handles. Also 30 bucks for 2 burgers and a drink and one fry is a bit much.
