We got lasagna , cheese pizza and buffalo rolls , and cannoli for dessert. 10/10 service NiKia was our server and she was great , friendly and helped us with the menu . We loved everything but I think next time we will get garlic rolls as it was too much buffalo for us . We will be back .

In town on a short vacation and we were craving some good pizza. We are originally from New York and we are always in a quest for good pizza. And probably 80% of the time it’s a fail. Little Sicily hit it out of the park like Aaron Judge We got a regular pie with sausage mushrooms, onions and extra cheese. Sausage was absolutely flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend this pizza place.

Pizza is very good. Real close to NY pizza. We had the meatball appetizer and they were good and not great. I know great meatballs as I made tens of thousands of them when running an Italian place in the early 70’s. The real key is to not make them so dense mainly by incorporating grated cheese and eggs as binder along with bread crumbs, fresh parsley, onions and garlic Also one trick that no other Italian place does is to get the finished meatballs into a pot of sauce to soften while absorbing the sauce. The garlic knots we received were a big disappointment and we will not order them again. They were not fluffy like the pizza crust and were tough to eat. The red sauce was ok but it is missing spices. I think maybe nutmeg, grated cheese,and Italian spices would add some flavor and bite. Overall though pleasant surprise and we will be returning. I am interested in getting their sausage with peppers and onions hoagie. Bravo.

We ordered the 6 Buffalo Wings which were pretty good. We also got the Little Sicily pizza which we substituted grilled chicken for the prosciutto and it comes with their housemade vodka sauce. This was probably one of the best if not THE BEST pizza I’ve ever had. It was absolutely delicious. And they just won BEST PIZZA 2025 for All of Lee county. We will most definitely be back for more

Awesome place for pizza and sandwiches. Their garlic knots are loaded with garlic. The pizza was SO good. If we lived here, we would come here at least weekly. Quiet, 4 TVs with different programming on each one (its nice that they were not all on sports). Service was great and the food all came out relatively quickly. This is also the only italian place I have ever been to that actually gives you a shaker of garlic on the tables and I am SO here for it!

What a lovely surprise! My family and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Little Sicily during a rainy afternoon! The food was amazing and the service was excellent! We each wanted something different so we ordered one of the pasta specials, a Sicilian pizza, and a traditional pepperoni pizza. The portions are huge! We had plenty to take home and enjoy the next day for lunch! We will definitely be going back!

Came here while passing by and I do not regret stopping, margarita and regular slice are top notch, the sesame crust on the margarita slice propels this slice into the stratosphere of pizza here in SWFL, the sauce has all the right flavors from savory to sweet and the right amount of salt
The regular Slice was stiff as a concrete diving board and supported the perfect balance of cheese and sauce (in a good way)
To top it off prices are more than reasonable, this place is a solid 8.4/10 for a regular slice but overall 5 stars
Service was a 11/10 I would recommend this place over ANY other pizza joint in Lee county

What an amazing pizza place. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite plus I could not believe how cheap our bill was. The cheese curds were crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Wings were perfect, nice and hot. Last but not least the pizza….wow as David Portnoy would say, “0 Flop” good crunchy bottom. Definitely one of Fort Myers best. One plus I noticed is every single person who was eating here or walked in had a New York accent. That should tell you all you need to know……
