Went through the drive thru:
Speaker and mic for ordering was 5 by 5 (loud
& clear);
Modified order was no problem (I love
quacamole, however, it doesn’t like me).
No waiting line! I was able to make my order
immediately even though it was jusr after
4pm.
The employee at the speaker and window
was courteous, friendly and fast. Humorous,
as well. .
I gave a decent tip and thanked them for doing the cooking for me.
Food :
I requested ‘a lot’ of both the Salsa
Rojo (Red) and Verde (Green) salsa. They
provided an abundant amount of both. Both
have excellent but, different, flavors. The
Salsa Rojo is a little hotter than the Salsa
Verde. I enjoyed both a great deal, and
caught myself having a hard time deciding
which one to have at times.
Carne Asada Burrito (no Quacamole);
loved it! This exactly how I like my carne
asada to taste. The subtle spices and the
slight charing of the chopped steak made the
perfectly flavored carne asada.
Size was huge. I will restrain myself next time
and take a photo of the burrito before I scarf it
down. Kind of difficult to hold back after
driving home with the aroma of the carne
asada burrito bombarding your olfactory
receptors. You’ll see.
I found either salsa went well with the carne
asada burrito. I did not try combining the
salsas, as I have done in the past with carne
asada burritos from other places. I have
found it to work well at a little over half the
places. This time I just wanted to become
familiar with and enjoy each salsa on the
carne asada burrito.
Rolled Tacos (3), Plain (Cheese only);
once again very good rolled tacos – a lot of
very flavorful meat filling. Shells had perfect
crunch – no softness and not overly crunchy. I
tried both the Salsa Rojo and the Salsa Verde
withthe rolled tacos, and I found that I
preferred the Salsa Verde over the Salsa Rojo.
The Salsa Rojo was good too, I just preferred
the Salsa Verde.
Bottom line: As I said at the top it was an outstanding experience. I plan to return and resample what I already had. Then I will try some other items off their menu. I recommend this Alberto’s Mexican Restaurant to anyone.
p.s. I understand they are looking for some Part Time and Full Time cooks. There are definitely worse things to do than produce food this tasty!

Same great drive thru as first visit!
This time I couldn’t resist trying Alberto’s “Flying Saucer” Tostada! (No Guacamole):
A beautifully balanced and succulent combination of a light, crispy shell (like a shallow bowl); perfectly flavored shredded beef; fresh shredded lettuce; whole cooked beans; diced tomato; chopped onion; sour cream; shredded cheese; slivers of jalapeño; a scattering of cilantro. Topped with one Salsa Roja and one Salsa Verde. Photos with Salsas and without Salsas uploaded.
Delicious! Too much for me to finish in one meal so I have leftovers for later.
Thank you Alberto’s!!!

Another good visit to the Alberto’s drive thru to bring home a Shredded Beef Flying Saucer , three Beef Rolled Tacos , Quacamole on the side , Hot Carrots , and Hot Sauces . We snarfed it all down!
