My wife and I stopped at this establishment on our way home from a cruise. We ordered a meatball sub. The quality of the sub was very good, the bread was excellent, Our server was extremely pleasant , the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant and the restrooms were spotless. I want to emphasize that we have never have been in the restaurant and we will drive 40 miles to go back.

I’d been wanting to go for quite a while and finally had the opportunity. A buddy of mine was local and grew up on the place. Had fantastic things to say about it. We shared some appetizers a salad and pizzas. The buffalo chicken eggrolls were good and the hot wings were better. The salad was simple, but delicious. The flavor of the pizza is very good. I hear that they’ve got great subs also. I’ll have to stop by for lunch one day. Great little spot for Friday night!

Just passing through town and found this little pizza place. Nice salad bar with all the goodies. We ordered a large pizza to have some leftovers. The crust is homemade and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly. And a big surprise at the end was homemade baklava..I know right…who would have guessed? But it was also delish. Highly recommend this place.

Dine-in was amazing — shout out to the lady who worked the entire floor by herself, she did an excellent job and made the experience enjoyable. However, my takeout experience was very disappointing. I ordered food last night that I didn’t enjoy at all — it was watery, bland, and the noodles were hard. I saved it to return today, hoping the issue could be handled professionally.
Unfortunately, when I spoke with Heather, she was extremely rude instead of simply taking accountability or offering a solution that the customer prefers. She made unnecessary comments like, “The noodles aren’t hard,” “I don’t see how, there’s plenty of pepper and garlic,” and “I’m not going to be wasting food.” That was completely uncalled for. After I left, I asked when the manager would be in, and Heather actually called my phone with an attitude asking, “What do you need her for?” That kind of behavior is not professional at all. As a restaurant owner, the main priority should always be customer satisfaction — not arguing or belittling customers when they share valid concerns. It’s really disappointing because I had such a great dine-in experience, but this takeout situation left a bad impression.

Update: I forgot that I took a picture of that pathetic pizza. Lemme post that. One is w/o flash and one with. You charged me a whole topping price for onions and put a nickels worth on the pizza. What did you do with the rest of the onions I paid for? And what about the cheese? Where’d that go too? I am not a recurring customer nor do I plan to be.
Just moved to the area. Sadly, its the worst pizza of my life…and I’m 54 years of age. The taste was very bland, the toppings were extremely skimpy and the price was through the roof for this quality of pizza! The building is nice but the pizza is just not good at all. Do better!

The atmosphere the service and all is really great however the traditional taste Taste of Pizza Roma just isn’t there anymore they may still have the recipes and they may still be offering the same things however they need a better cook that can put the love as well as the skills into making this food you can have a recipe but it’s all about the love you put into the food maybe she should get another cook and I’ll try it again for the price and the portion size was also a big cut back from the original visits I’m back when they were on South Street as well as on Main Street hint hint better cook better food and bring back the correct portion sizes my pepper steak had barely any meat on it as for lettuce at barely could see it ordered a large turkey ham and cheese of course that comes with the lettuce and tomatoes didn’t even know there was tomatoes on it they were so thinly sliced and the lettuce could barely even see

A great Pizza joint that’s been independently owned and operated since 1981 in Lake City where I grew up. Still great and there new location is a nice building on Hwy 378. The only reason it got 4 stars from me is that it’s not so conveniently located outside of town, but definitely worth the drive!

Nova Welch was an amazing server. In fact the whole team was so accommodating and welcoming. Food was not what I remembered growing up but it was decent and arrived in a timely matter and correctly. We tried the mozzarella bites which were mediocre maybe would have been better with marinara. The wings were decent but not “ on point” the subs also did not quite hit the marks from what I remember of the old subs.my friend also tried the cannolis But the restaurant was clean and inviting. I will be back definitely. I want to try the salad bar next time.
