I have ordered the Lemon grass chicken for the past few years and it was delicious. My last three orders have changed. The rice is mushy and the chicken tastes like teriyaki and there’s no lemon grass whatsoever. I mentioned this to the cashier and before leaving yesterday I checked my order and sure enough the chicken tasted like teriyaki. They tried to make it right but I’m done. I’ll try another place. Lemon grass chicken is not chopped like teriyaki chicken. Lemon grass chicken is not white meat either.

We got Tofu Ramen, Beef Ramen and Chicken Spring roll.

I’ve been coming here for several years and usually order Pho. The food itself is decent compared to other spots in Kent, though it doesn’t quite measure up to the better Pho restaurants in the wider King County area.
Unfortunately, the service is what really brings the experience down. I often order online, and nearly every time there’s some kind of delay or mix-up when I arrive to pick up my food—even though I’ve already paid.
Most recently, I placed an order for Pho Tai Chin Nam and two egg rolls. After giving it about 30 minutes, I arrived to pick it up. When I gave the cashier my name, she just looked at me blankly, asked to see my order, and then went off to help new customers without acknowledging or updating me. Another online customer who arrived shortly after was treated the same way. It became clear that the orders had been missed, and only after we arrived did they start preparing them. I waited an additional 10 minutes in the restaurant, making the total time from ordering to pickup close to 50 minutes.
This isn’t an isolated incident—I’ve seen similar situations happen when dining in as well. At this point, it makes me hesitant to order online again, and maybe even to come back at all. That’s disappointing, because the food is fine, but it’s also pricey for the area. If the service isn’t dependable, it’s hard to justify continuing to spend money here.
I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review, but this reflects years of middling experiences and at least a few hundred dollars spent. I hope the management takes service more seriously, because it makes all the difference.

Always great pho! Been going here since they opened back in high school. The banh mi sandwiches are huge and delicious. The pho is solid and great meat portions. Always get the brisket, my personal favorite is the BBQ pork sandwich and the spring rolls with extra peanut sauce.

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant with my family and overall it was a pleasant experience. The place is clean and well maintained, which is always a great start. We ordered pho and the soup was delicious—flavorful and nicely served. They also had a promotion for kids, so my 6-year-old son ate for free, which was a great touch for families.
However, I ordered a rice dish that had a somewhat odd taste, like reused oil, and it was quite greasy. I truly appreciate the effort from the restaurant, but it would be great if that could be improved.
