We go here 2-3x week for breakfast anywhere from $60-$100 . Foods always great and service is always great. NOT TODAY. Today 8 of us went for breakfast. I asked for over easy eggs, got over hard eggs. Asked for 3 new eggs, they came over medium. Okay not that big of a deal, it is what it is. Get the bill, 3 new eggs are added to the bill. I add everything up like I usually do “silly habit” minus the $5 for new eggs. $85. Go to register ask them to remove the new eggs, she doesn’t seem very happy about it but says she does, total comes out to $97?? That’s not right but I pay anyway. Go to sit down and the other servers are glaring at me while rolling silverware, over wrong eggs?? Proceed to tell my table they typed something wrong and got mad at me about the eggs. Was still going to leave a mediocre $20 cash tip. They over hear and the one comes over with an attitude and proceeds to say she didn’t charge for the eggs, and tries going over the reciept with me while the others are still glaring at us. The restaurant goes silent. OVER EGGS or a mistype. No one’s perfect sometimes mistakes are made, but she’s acting like I’ve insulted her family or ran over her family pet. I have a moment of anger and get quite loud, which if you’re reading this I apologize for. I always tip aggressively, $20 bill here’s $10. $50 bill here’s $20. $100 bill here’s $35-50. I was still going to tip but after all of that I said absolutely not and left. Usually have the same waitress every time, shes great. if shes reading this she knows we are always polite and we always tip very heavily. Today was absolutely ridiculous, over eggs and a mistyped bill. Never coming back. Like they even care, because we are in a world where everyone has to be confrontational and can’t have normal discussions.

This is a nope. Went in for a sit down breakfast. Outside of building was sketchy. Blinds and windows broken. There were a lot of cars in parking lot so that convinced us to still go inside. I ordered biscuits and gravy. I think I could of gotten better at a hotel breakfast. White gravy with a few chunks of meat throughout. 2 biscuits cut in half. Tried a bite of meat and promptly spit it out as it tasted rancid. I was done. The service was quick and friendly tho. Bathroom was clean. Even after all that I would not recommend this place.

The coffee was terrible. The food was not great. The booth seat was bad. The bathroom was clean. Seems like a local favorite, but my expectations were higher. I would say 2 stars would be more accurate.

Mom said she had great chicken. It was good and done. Dad and my husband had a delicious hamburger steak. All three of them enjoyed the hash browns that came with their meal. The waitress was very friendly.

The meat was fantastic I myself had surf and turf along with fries and a salad. My son had chicken fingers and said they were good. Prices reasonable.plesent atmosphere. Well definitely eat here when back in the area.

The service was very fast and friendly. They stayed on top of the drinks and kept the table clean. The prices were great, had a lunch for under $10, and didn’t leave hungry. Co worker had a steak and eggs special and said it was amazing. I had the hot beef sandwich, which was decent. Can’t wait till I find a place with home made gravy. Over all this nice older cafe style restaurant is worth a stop on the map, in this historic town.

Breakfast is 5 stars and worth every penny they barely charge you. Dinner is a different story. If you go in later in the day the service and food quality take a dramatic drop. I’ll be going back for breakfast, not for dinner.

This was the most unpleasant meal I’ve ever had and I’ve 9 years in prison. The only reason why I gave them a 5star for atmosphere is because we got it to go. We didn’t get what we ordered and the food we were forced to eat was dry and bland. I’ll never eat there again
