I never eat domino’s. Haven’t been there for over 10 years or more. But I had Christmas gift cards. And I ordered 4 handmade pan crust supreme, meat and pineapple Canadian ham. And I ate supreme and meat lovers. I SWEAR When I Say THAT WASSO SO VERY GOOD! UMMMM THE INGREDIENTS Was something I haven’t had in awhile or in long as I can remember. I love the slightly crispy crust with good sauce and ingredients. Crust was perfect, sauce was blended in so well not over powering at all. And ingredients were fresh tasty. Like I said sauce, cheese and ingredients blended so well as one. Thank you I’m definitely going back, I don’t need gift card. My first choice as long as it keeps tasting like this . And I’m telling everyone I know my experience. This is why such a long detailed review, No Bull. I loved it.

Well when I ordered thru the app it asked me if I wanted to cheese it up on my pizzas I clicked yes but when it sent the order thru it didn’t come out that and in their end it showed no extra cheese I’m not sure if this was an app issue when I went to the store location to pick up the pizzas the gm of that store sent an employee out tell me strike one and I was like the hell is that supposed to mean if they didn’t wana correct the pizza they could have said no and I wouldn’t bother to order there anymore but they to chose fix the pizzas issue and I was like ok but tell a customer strike one because of an app issue that’s so bogus and if a manager is gona to issue something called a strike on a customer they should do it themselves I will never order dominos pizza again never have I felt so insulted as customer if anyone else has gone thru this problem with this location leave a review it’s the only way to get these companies to hold their managers accountable for horrible service I don’t recommend this location to any one

I ordered my pizza online at 2:35 and was promised my driver was nearby at 3:18. I called to ask about my delivery and was given a 4 minute ETA. I called back again at 3:56 and when demanding my refund and reasoned that it’d definitely be cold by now the staff ensured me it wasn’t because of the magic of an insulated bag.
If you want to take the risk please use a credit card and be prepared to charge back.
If you’re in Upland please just use the Foothill store instead.

I ordered the new special upgrade automatically to the large pizza when you buy two mediums. Up on picking up my order I noticed that my pizza was not upgraded. I brought up to the managers attention and let him know that my pizza was NOT upgraded to the large like that promo. All he can say is that he was going to speak to his supervisor about the app in the glitch or that un sufficient information regarding the promo upgrade. Not very happy with the service and the lack of training to rectify the issue.
