The staff was very kind and patient! I’m so glad that I was able to finally try Junbi Matcha in person. I was overwhelmed by all of the options, but the person at the cash register was able to suggest the popular ones to try and it was an overall great experience. I even bought some of the rice balls and my favorite hands down has to be the salmon flavored one!
In addition to trying the Matcha drinks in person and eating some of the rice balls. I was able to buy some Matcha and bring back home 🙂

Nice selection of drinks. If you are sure of what some of the ingredients are in the drinks the staff is happy to help. I found the printed menu descriptions fufilled descriptor gaps in the overhead menu. I tried the rice balls and had a lovely matcha. Cute, chill atmosphere.

Loved it! This was my first time having matcha, and I have to say I’m impressed. I was told that matcha is a grassy flavor but this place is the meaning of dressing up the drink and more of a earthy flavor, definitely not grassy at all. I will be going back for sure to try other flavors.

Nah will not come back here again. Was driving around DFW looking for a new matcha spot and decided to try this place. The matcha latte was bland, can’t taste the matcha flavour at all. Colour was too light. But the workers are nice.

I absolutely loved the matcha soft serve—it was such a refreshing and delicious treat! The flavor was spot on and definitely hit the spot. The only suggestion I have is to make sure the cup is filled all the way through. Mine had a pretty big gap in the middle, and for nearly $7, it would be nice to get a full serving. No hate at all—the soft serve itself was amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Just a small tip to help make the experience even better!

I guess Junbi Matcha is known for its off serve. Particularly the way the serve the soft serve with numerous options. This location is in a strip mall, parking is not an issue. The venue is a decent size as well with sufficient seating inside. Interior was bright, clean and inviting. During my visit, place was staffed by teen…at least I think they were teens. The staff looked very young. Fast and efficient, no complaints.

This was my choice of sugar this evening. I can’t say I’ve had a soft serve like this. Infusing my Soft Serve with a puree sounded strange to me, but it just worked. The puree does eventually overpower the Matcha and Vanilla flavor, but you get to taste and enjoy both flavors before that happens. I suggest enjoying some of the Soft Serve first before eventually mixing it all together for a completely different flavor.

AMAZING matcha!! The baristas there are super nice even if it’s really busy! My favorite is the rose water matcha latte but the vanilla is a close second! It’s hard to find seating because of how busy it is but that’s because it’s so good!! It’s only around 7$ for 24 ounces which is such a good price for how smooth the matcha is!! Honestly my favorite matcha in the area.

This was a new experience and I liked it! Considering these are made fresh and with natural ingredients, there was still some pretty good flavoring in these items. The service was good and although the waitress forgot our matcha powder, she quickly replaced it which is amazing! The environment itself is very inviting and helps you uplift your spirits, especially if you’re with friends!

Excellent customer service at Junbi! Thank you to Vicki and Kenneth for being so helpful when my oolong tea wasn’t quite up to its usual standard. Even though this batch of tea tasted off (over-extracted) the staff went above and beyond to make it right with a refund and a replacement offer. Huge props to Junbi for the stellar service!
