I’ve been on the hunt for good Vietnamese food in Louisville, and this is IT. The Bun Bo Hue is the best I’ve had (amongst a lot of disappointments during my search). The Bahn Mi is delicious and their drinks are also great (I recommend the Tiramisu Egg Coffee for an indulgent treat). The staff is friendly and the dining area is super cute and cozy. They have a few great lunch and combo deals as well. This place is the real deal!!

Stopped in for lunch, and wow it was so delicious!! They ran out of their tofu banh mi, but they were so sweet and accommodating and made me an alternative veggie one! Was also lucky enough to try one of the Valentine’s Day specialty drinks, and it was amazing! Not too sweet and the quality of ingredients was great. I’m excited to come back and try more items!

I usually get a tofu lemongrass bahn mi bc I’m a vegetarian. Very tasty The fresh sesame balls were out of this world. now I’m addicted and order them all the time. I tried making them at home.. but they’re nowhere close to DaLat’s!

If you’re looking for the most authentic Vietnamese food in town, this place it! Their pho is absolutely phenomenal, hands down the best I’ve had outside of Vietnam, clearly the best in town. The broth is deep, rich, and bursting with flavor, and the best part? A giant rib right in the bowl! The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender, soaking up all that broth, only downside is that its only served on the weekend.
Their banh mi and Vietnamese coffee is easily the most delicious and authentic in the city. They also have a diverse menu of boba tea that can suit any flavors from the refreshing fruit teas to the classic matcha lattes and even fresh avocado smoothies.
And let’s talk about their cakes–I ordered one recently, and it was next level. Beautifully decorated, intricate, and made with such attention to detail. But the taste? 10/10. Whether you go for the durian flavor (which was amazing) or the assorted fruit, you can’t really go wrong.
Honestly, this cafe is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you love real Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and try it–you won’t regret it!
I might have a crush on one of their staff too 😉

We came here for breakfast when visiting Louisville. It looked like they are the only Viet restaurant in the area open at 8:30am. The restaurant was roomy, clean and well decorated. I was so happy that they serve Bun Bo Hue on Sat and Sun. I ordered Bun Bo Hue, Pho, Banh Mi and Banh Gio. Everything was pretty good. Service was friendly.
