I have been through the drive through a couple times, and it seems the people on window dislike their job. I pulled through the drive through, and based on her tone through the speaker, I said “ this girl must hate her life”. She then was rude and short at the window. I totally understand fast food fatigue- I worked at chick-fil-A, but we were never allowed to act so cold to customers. Just food for thought for the managers on customer service expectations.

I came twice yesterday. This issue was on the second visit just before 4pm Jan 13 2026. Of course I was not given a receipt. I was given a card with a QR code to take a survey….which I couldn’t even do because I had no receipt survey code because I wasn’t given a receipt. Since this culvers has opened ive been a weekly customer. Sometimes twice in one day like yesterday. Yesterday- for the THIRD TIME NOW ive been completely forgotten about! I pay and pull forward. I see many people being handed bags of food. Yet nothing for me. The ONE thing I ordered was a concrete mixer. After TWENTY minutes of waiting I decided to call and ask what is going on. I was trying to be patient but at what point do you realize you’re just forgotten about. Like seriously? They said they would check and be right out. Within 5min I had the concrete mixer. I was here for a total of 25min waiting for ONE ice cream. I was 20min late picking up my daughter. Would have just left but it was already paid for. What puts the icing on the cake is that this was not the first nor the second time this has happened. This is now the THIRD time ive been forgotten about. How does that happen ?!? Three times ive waited over 20min and had to call or go back through the drive through because they forgot about my order. While a coupon for a free burger and ice cream is “nice” my time is valuable. This should not happen once let alone THREE times. I’ve never had an issue at any fast food restaurant just flat out forget about me. Never. I am definitely going to be frequenting this location way way less often and unfortunately the coupons I was given can only be used at this location.
Evansville and stoughton are never an issue. Other small issues ive had here as well but nothing compares to be forgotten about…..THREE times. Very disappointed in this location

It’s fine food, but gave us no bun on our sandwich. How do we eat? We also had a turtle sundae, with the cherry on the bottom, which feels lazy. We had to wait longer for a curdside order than the time the gave us too. One ice cream already melted when we got it.

I’d say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they’re very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you’re getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people….

Ugh, tried the walleye tonight (3/14/25), time to CHANGE THE OIL! Of 2 pieces, pretty much 90% of it was burnt breading, definately not worth the cost.

I wish there would be ONE person that checks each order before it goes out the door! Time and time again there’s something missing from the order. Tonight, it was missing the 2 cocktail sauce cups that were clearly printed on the $30.00 drive thru order. Those missing items tend to have an impact on the overall meal.

Usually love this place, but today the wait time was completely unexpected for a fast breakfast. Had to leave hungry or late for work, I chose hungry. I waited over 30 minutes for something that is the same price as a real sit down restaurant

If you’re one of the two employees that know my order and name, this excludes you and I love you:)

Anyways. I work in food service, I get things happen; but there is absolutely no excuse for the food I received to be even allowed to reach a customer. I waited 25 minutes after placing my order at the drive through, something I normally ignore but will mention today. When I got my order, which was pretzel bites and custard respectively, I noticed my custard had sat on the counter inside until it had reached the state of soup. Something that has happened before, but again, I declined to say anything. After finishing my along awaited ‘custard’ I turned to my pretzel bites, hoping to lift my newly disappointed mood. Only to discover that I had barley any cheese sauce left, which would be due to it being pooled at the bottom of the box. Oh! Almost forgot, the pretzels were also cold. So here are my questions, how long is the fry time for the pretzels? Because I can promise you it isn’t long enough for my custard to be turned to liquid. And you can’t tell me it was due to other items being made, because nobody else in the drive-in waiting party moved. This is not a ‘new store’ bump, this is ignorance. If you’re going to have a wait time, food quality should be phenomenal. Accidents happen, but this was negligence. Give me a job, management. I have 3 years of customer service experience, all in food, and I can speak spanish. Match my current hourly of $27 an hour and I’ll work full time. Fix it.

Culver’s is the goat. Oct 3rd we went for lunch before the Oregon HoCo parade. We were welcomed with a warm greeting. Food was hot and delicious. Building was clean. 5 stars every time!

I waited in line for 10 minutes while there was like 6 to 8 people upfront and literally like nobody would serve me so I ended up leaving and in the few times that I have been here. The food has been cold. The floor is very dirty and the service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Culver’s
