I’ve been delivering for Door Dash for several months and the Chili Avenue Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant to pick up from! Every time I’ve stopped in, the staff is working hard and is friendly to customers and delivery drivers even when the staff is being treated poorly. Of all the places I’ve delivered for, the Chili Avenue Taco Bell is the most consistently great location to pick up from! My second favorite would be Burger Xpress, and third is Asia Nation. Falafel Aleppo is great too! These places have great employees and run a great system! I wish these employees were given more credit as they deserve it!

Worst service EVER! During my lunch break, stop by to get some food. My wife was driving and she had to repeat the order 7 times and they still got it Incorrect. all we ordered was three grilled cheese burritos and two bean in cheese burritos. Then, at the window, the drive through worker, what’s yelling multiple obscenities with other workers. Snatched my debit card from my wife’s hand. And acted like it was a problem to take our order. We checked the receipt and found that the order was wrong. And after multiple times we’re trying to get his attention. Finally honked the horn lightly and he looked over at us with frustration. After opening the window, my wife repeated what she originally ordered and in anger.He told the other workers.You must add the additional items! We were still trying to get his attention to ask for sauces. However, he was ignoring us and facing away from the window and sitting down. We hocked the horn again, and this time he didn’t want to open the window when he finally did, he made a big deal about giving us the sauces by giving us massive handfuls! So many that they in fact, fell out of her hands and onto the ground. Never again!

While I stood waiting for my food, I couldn’t help looking in the kitchen. It was filthy! Food strewn on the floor, plastic cups on the floor and not just in one spot! It was all over.
The dining room floor was sticky.
I talked with one of the managers about the situation and all he could say was “we’re busy”. I worked in fast food in my day, and food on the floor was to be cleaned up right away- not leave it on the floor until later.
This situation is a recipe for disaster, attracting rodents and other creatures.

This store is not well managed. Mobile orders is a joke it takes literally 45 minutes to get ready… they don’t take it seriously. They mess up your order 3/5 times. I’ve never seen this slow and faulty service w/ Taco Bell’s before.

This place is THE WORST. My family has eaten here approximately 7 or 8 times in the few years they have been open and they have messed up our order in some way every single time. We now go with the intention of having to go back through the drive thru or into the restaurant to get the order corrected. We check our order and then have to get it corrected. Literally every single visit. I love Taco Bell, but definitely don’t expect them to get your order right the first time here.

Let me start by saying I used to work at a Taco Bell so I can completely understand some part of this. However, my complaint here is. I’m unsure since it’s been a while when I’ve ordered from Taco Bell. I forgot something simple something I know for a fact it sits right there up front. So I get to the second window when I ask if I can add something. She informs me she’s not allowed to add anything at the second window and I have to go around the drive through once more in order to gain a $90 cent item that sits right next to the cash register anyways. Now under normal circumstances, if your drive through line was around the block and you were trying to make good drive through times and you were super busy, I could totally understand however, I’m the only vehicle in the drive through, besides the one that literally just pulled up to the speaker at the same time I asked for food and you’re gonna make me drive around the loop again to get chips and cheese. Promise you I won’t be back. I’ll go somewhere else.That respects my time when I forget something so simple and easy to appease me
