Last night was the worse service that I’ve ever experienced at Substation 2. I had an employee ignore me concerning how I wanted my food made which I was picking up for someone else. To add insult to injury, the manager acted like I wanted a free sandwich, I waited 10 minutes until she decided she wanted to correct and there was no apology at all. I can’t stress enough if you don’t like your job find a new one where are the workers that used to care!!!!

Food is ok. Review is sheerly for the fact that they charge 1 dollar for honey mustard . That is absolutely ridiculous. This is a sub shop. It is a very common sauce. 1 dollar is absolutely insane . The one in fort mill does not. I support local and go out of my way to try to do so, but this is ridiculous. I only eat subs with honey mustard and had to pay a dollar for 1 packet of honey mustard . It was no where near enough for a large sub and of course you pay 1st here so I couldn’t get a refund . I had to go home and use my own sauce. Ridiculous and extremely disappointed.

We called in an order today and spoke with an employee named Foy (I hope that’s correct). He was able to tell me what all meats came on a #19 without missing a beat. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Every restaurant needs employees like him. Nothing compares to a sub station #19 on Pita!!!

Best sub / sandwich spot in town. All the ingredients were fresh, and their bread is unbeatable. I had the #29 on rye today (comes as a sandwich instead of sub) and they gave me two since I ordered a large. Worth the money!

Here for a few weeks for work stopped in. Everyone that works here was super friendly. I am very picky with italian cold cuts, I love how you let them know exactly what you want. The sub was super fresh, again the employees was super sweet. We was very happy with our lunch. Great job to the lunch crew here

Me and my best friend went in there last night and it was literally about six minutes until they closed and when we heard the lady behind the counter, tell him to lock both doors, cause it was time to close. We both were apologetic to the young man that took our order, but I have to tell you everyone from beginning to end treated us with patience and kindness and never rushed us to hurry up- I have always Loved substation 2 But last night, as sweet as everybody was to us from the one taking our order to the one fixing our sandwiches to the Young man that opened the door for us when we left had the best manners of any workers I’ve ever come across!! Thank you so much substation 2 you’re the best!!!!
