Staff was friendly I don’t want this review to reflect on them. I just feel like you guys overbooked, the place was way too crowded, my girlfriend and I got there 30 minutes before the Super Bowl started and we were put in the back corner of the venue on bar chairs with no table or anything to set food and drinks on. We couldn’t even see the main screen while we were sitting. What’s the point of a reservation if it’s first come first serve for the good spots. A reservation should guarantee you get a certain level of accommodation. We saw a couple come in after us who paid 100$ each and they were sat in front of the entrance and had a last minute table carried out for them. All in all it just seemed like you guys prioritized getting in as many people as you could over quality of service. My girlfriend and I just ended up leaving before the game even started and asked for a refund.

I wanted to express my gratitude for an incredible experience hosting my wife’s 40th birthday party (booked semi-private for 2 hours) at MIRRA. My wife was absolutely delighted, and our guests were blown away by the venue, particularly the massive digital screen and VR games. It was truly FANTASTIC!

A special thank you to Michael for his exceptional support, kindness, and helpfulness. The rest of the team, including the bartender, did an outstanding job. We had a wonderful time.

Fun, well organized, reasonable price, team building game venue for all ages.

We came here for our teens birthday with the cousins and moms. There were also two different groups coming for company team building as well another teen girl birthdays with friends and we all shared the same floor of game. There was some decor and backdrop like instagram like I found the teens girls group keep snapping photos between games too. The host who manage the floor and game was professional and has a good voice I thought it was a radio station background in the beginning. He also shout out and show the name of the birthday people on the screen to celebrate them. The venue also brought out dessert with sparkle candles to the table who has a birthday celebration.

It was already entertaining just to watch others playing. The moms just ordering food and drinks while watching. Their fries were yummy as well as their deep fried seafood. Alcohol list was also being reasonable and with good options. The bartender let us to taste the bubbles first before we commit to the ‘glass order’. So nice of them right? Normally they don’t do that unless you maybe ordering a bottle.

There was a professional photographer came out to take pictures for each group. They would print them out and frame them for you to purchase for $20 each.

We will definitely come back. Probably taking my work team come back for the fun teaming day.

Went to Mirra, for my birthday celebration and it was such a fun experience I went with the party package for 8 people which included 1 hour of gaming and 2 sets of food, one came with 2 pizzas and the other came with prawn skewers and steak bites, plus with unlimited sodas all around. The games were so fun and you definitely break a sweat! My personal favorites were Catch Clash and Hockey Smash . The staff were super accommodating and attentive. Thank you to Andrew for being so patient and explaining all the games so well. I even got a birthday shoutout and a slice of cheesecake Thank you for a fun night!

We honestly weren’t expecting to enjoy Mirra as much as we did — from the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcomed. Our booth felt like our own little world, and the competitive aspect of playing against each other made the VR games feel even more real and… mostly just F.U.N!

Beyond the games, we loved the full experience — the delicious food, drinks, and fun photo booth areas — including a 360 photo ring that’s perfect for capturing the moment (chef’s kiss!).

This was our first time ever trying VR, and it blew us away. Between the games, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe, Mirra is now our go-to recommendation for couples, groups, or anyone looking for a unique, unforgettable outing in Bellevue.

We’ll definitely be back — it’s absolutely worth it!

(Automatic 20% gratuity) without warning, plus taxes plus a tip, sliders were ok, they did not have the M on them, and I ordered a BLT fries were good. Ordered acouple of drinks, we strong which is great but dam was the wait like 25min for round two. Total for 2 ppl 135. TUSA the DJ is chill, not really dancing quality unless you just wanna move side to side. Over all service was OK, would I come back(maybe 20%)

Overall great for team activities and socializing. The VR games could be better in terms of the tasks and overall VR experience. Some games are way too kiddish. The ice creams are good and value for money.

We were very excited to have something new and fun to do as a family during Thanksgiving break. We booked a 1 hour VR session in a bay and stayed for the Snowflake Lane party. The VR games were fun to do as a group but nothing amazing (great instructions by the game host though).

Some of the food were decent while others were very lacking. We had ordered our steak bites medium rare but it came out well done. What was advertised as “popcorn chicken” was basically just fried chicken nuggets (the kind you’d see in the freezer aisle). The drinks were very good though (not watered down like most Bellevue restaurants/bars).

The Snowflake Lane VIP party experience was fun to enjoy a skyview and be next to the “snow” machines. The hot chocolate/popcorn were there only during the actual parade though so don’t expect to get seconds unless you want to miss the parade.

The most disappointing part though was the bill closure/tipping process. We were not made aware that 20% gratuity was already automatically included and we felt mislead when we commented on the additional tip option that popped up (waitress intentionally did not clarify that gratuity was already included) so we ended up tipping 40% on subpar services/food.

Overall, might be fun for a one time experience when there’s nothing else to do but would not be back.
