We visited yesterday for first time. Walking in was welcomed by the very Friendly Staff. Atmosphere was very welcoming. And felt like we was regulars. I had Biscuits and Gravy, eggs and fried taters, wife had BLT and fries. Food was good and hot like I ask for. Fries was crispy like she ask for. We will definitely be back to try something different. Give them a try you just might agree and go back for seconds.

Ate here yesterday for the first time. Was recommended on Next Door. I must agree! I ordered the hamburger and onion rings! I arrived there shortly before they closing and the staff was wonderful. Some places will not serve you so close to closing. Wasn’t hurried or anything.
Food was great. LOVED the onion rings!!!!
I definitely will be back. Only negative: they close at 2pm

We visited Mama B’s Diner for the first time on a weekend morning in August 2024. We had passed it before and kept saying we needed to give them a try. So we did. Normally we would go by later in the day. But Mama B’s is only a breakfast and lunch restaurant. But we made a point to visit them this time.
We arrived around 8AM on a Saturday morning. So unlike other reviews that I had read, Mama B’s was fairly quiet. There were other folks already seated, but there were plenty of tables available. Mama B’s was a cozy little dinner that had a comfortable country feel to it. I’m not a fancy restaurant type of guy, so this was welcoming to me.
We were seated in a booth that could use some upholstery maintenance on the seats. The seats were not uncomfortable by any means. But they were worn from obvious use. I guess the seat wear is probably because they get used. As we used them. The bathrooms were close to where we were seated and I decided I should wash my hands before our meal. The restrooms are separate doors/rooms in a small hallway, behind one door marked as restroom. We found them to be acceptably clean. Not the newest, but clean and functional.
As to the actual food. The menu had a decent selection for breakfast (and lunch). I went with the daily special which was a sausage, egg, potato, cheese and sausage gravy bowl. The wife went with cinnamon swirl pancakes and a side of sausage. And yes we both ordered coffee.
We found the food to be quite good. I tried the wife’s pancakes, and really liked them. And I’m not much of a pancake guy.
Our waitress was what I would describe as high energy. I do not mean that in a bad way. She just was fast and efficient. And yes, very friendly. So for us, everything was more than acceptable. Now I have read a couple of reviews where folks felt they had unreasonable wait times when Mama B’s was busy. I will not judge other folks on their opinion when Mama B’s was very busy. For us, we had zero complaints about service. But again, it was fairly quiet being earlier in the morning.
The prices are subjective to your own opinion, but we found them fairly reasonable. Yes you always want them less expensive. But we didn’t find Mama B’s over priced. We found them to be a good meal at a fair price. We found the service to be fast and friendly. Our waitress was great. Our food was good. And it felt comfortable having our breakfast with them. That’s pretty much all we want for a meal.

Enjoyed breakfast at this cute little diner. Both of our meals were really good and our server, Courtney, was very friendly as was the server that delivered our food. The restroom was clean and neat. The only downfall was it took about 25 minutes for our meal but I will say, it was worth it! Pricing was very reasonable!

This is my first time trying this place and I’ve always gone by how the home fries are at each breakfast place. I was so happy to have home fries that weren’t frozen alot of places do that and that is ok. But I prefer homemade home fries. I had gotten the Matthew dream I believe it’s called comes with 2 eggs, 3 bacon,3 sausage links home fries and choice of pancakes or French toast I did the pancakes. Also really good it had flavor to it and it actually smelled like a warm waffle cone it does have hint of vanilla in it which I love the pancake was light not dense and dry. The biscuits and gravy love it the biscuit was so soft so far best place for biscuits and gravy in my opinion, my husband hadthe reg breakfast eggs, bacon and hash browns he said they were crispy and had flavor to them he says other restaurants add no flavor he was happy that this one did .The waitress absolute delight so pleasant and kind . I highly recommend if you haven’t tried Mama B’s diner you are missing out. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

Burger and fries were decent, wifes favorite part was her pickle. Waitress was chipper. The atmosphere was dated. Also a little pricey for the ambiance.

My husband and I had the breakfast sandwich on white bread toast with home fries. We were so disappointed. The bread was burnt, the ham was very salty. The home fries were very greasy and did not care for the seasoning. Their prices are very high and you pay more for a credit card. Substandard ingredients. We won’t be back.

Had eggs Benedict, they were fair. Not the worst or best I’ve ever had, somewhere on the lower side of Middle I’d guess. Home fries were good not great.
