Went on a Saturday afternoon with a group of 7 people. We were waited on right away and our server was very attentive and polite. Our drink orders were taken and delivered within a few minutes. Alcoholic drinks are available as well as soft drinks. The menu was vast and varied. All of our food was excellent and the portions were hearty. The menu has changed since the last time I visited. Definitely a better experience now. Well worth the visit.

Our party of 13 walked in today Saturday January 3rd with no reservation and were seated promptly. Our server JADE was the best and so lovely!! She took the time to converse with us, answer questions about the menu, and even separated the bill for us at the end when we asked. The food was delicious as well but Jade’s service is what will bring us back!! Thank you for a wonderful experience Jade I hope your employers appreciate all your hard work

I really keep trying to give Naples a shot but it is hit or miss. My last poor experience my wife ordered a chicken cheese steak and it was delivered with a bite already out of it. The owner explained ima staff member confused it with theirs and took a bite and our server delivered it that way. Gross but, we’ve decided to give it another try (a few times now). Tonight was the last. I just can’t. The service is inconsistent. We had yet another new server and spent must of our time getting up or asking other servers for help. Soup came out cold, asked to have it warmed and it came back colder. Asked to just have it removed from the bill. Chad k came and soups still in the bill. Tired of trying, especially because we pay good prices. Naples, you can do better.

Stopped in fir Sunday lunch. The restaurant says more pizza place than upscale dining. Had veal marmalade and a small cheese pizza which were both good. A dessert sample tray is brought right to the table. We had a gourmet cupcake which was nice. Beer and wine list was long. Had their Naples lager and enjoyed it. Will go back when in the area.

Naples is a family owned bar and grill specializing in Italian dishes and pizza. The bar air has an industrial chic vibe with several TVs. They have dining areas on multiple levels but the main dining area, on the main floor, is a relatively cozy, casual area to the right when you arrive.
We dropped by on a Friday night, just after 7, and the theme of our experience was slow service. We were initially told, by the host, that they were just clearing off tables and it’d be a few minutes. 25 minutes later they sat us downstairs. We ordered the calamari, chicken and broccoli pasta, and Chicken Fiorentino – baked chicken topped with spinach, prosciutto, mozzarella, and homemade marinara. The soup/salad took 20 minutes to hit the table, 30 minutes in we finally received the calamari, and the entrees arrived roughly 45 minutes after we ordered.
Honestly, the food was solid and the portions were huge. Specifically, the calamari was freshly fried with cherry peppers, the marinara was rich and flavorful, and the chicken was tender. That said, the speed of service (I’d assume part of the bottleneck is the kitchen) is just too slow. Even our glasses of wine took over 10 minutes. Unfortunately, in reading other reviews it seems we aren’t the only guests who’ve had this experience. Ultimately, good grub served in a restaurant that needs to be more efficient.

Stopped in for lunch after having massages. Had sausage and extra cheese pizza. That had to be one of the FRESHEST pizza we’ve ever had. And I mean everything tasted fresh. The dough/crust, the cheese…absolutely fresh. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The feel of the place is comfortable.

I have come here many times and I have to say the two people who are always the best of the best is lauren (our wonderful waitress) and Anthony the owner. They always go over and beyond to make sure we have the best of the best and their service always makes my family and I feel like we’re family here. Lauren made us have such a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, and always seemed to appear at the perfect time—whether it was to refill drinks, check on our meals, or answer a question.
What stood out most was how personable she was. She took the time to chat briefly with us, remembered small details from our order, and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a genuine, friendly attitude.
Our food was delicious, but honestly, her service made the entire experience even better. She turned a regular meal into something special, and I would absolutely come back just to be served by her again.
