I showed up at six fifteen said the restaurant is open…. It’s really a gas station like a chronicle not really a restaurant. The restaurant part of the chronicle type gas station was closed oz although the clerk was very nice and offered me a premaid warmed up breakfast burrito. Yuck. Not what they advertise.

If Blu offered a meat substitute this place would be perfect. A lot of Taco joints don’t realize they are the go-to for vegetarians. Taco Bell is all about vegetarians and vegans and always has been. That’s a part of the secret to their success. Traditionally though this has always been a great food for vegetarians. So it would be nice to have more protein options.
