I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, a chicken quesadilla, chips and cheese, and two other items. I got a hard taco instead of the ordinary crunch and my quesadilla was folded in half and mutilated. There is a 50% chance that the employees can get my order correct and give out presentable food. This is definitely an employee problem and they can’t seem to keep the good ones.

If i could put no stars i would. genuinely so irritated. ordered a chicken quesadilla add pico de gallo….WHY DID I GET A QUESADILLA WITH NO CHEESE??? and ofc if they forgot the main ingredient they indeed did not put my pico de gallo that i paid extra for on it. Ordered the Nacho cheese fries…why no cheese????? NO CHEESE FOR MY CHEESE FRIES…UH. with these meals there is a total of 3 beef crunchy tacos supreme, guess what… i got crunchy chicken tacos with lettuce and maybe 3 shards of cheese..no sourcream on it like its supposed to have… ALSO ITS SUPPOSED TO BE BEEF. i put add ons to those crunchy tacos and ofcourse, did not get that either. ordered chicken avacado ranch burrito..the chicken was so burnt it could have cracked my tooth. ordered an extra side of sour cream, that didnt come. i an truthfully baffled by how terrible this is. i am genuinely shook that it could have came oug so bad. i will be callinc when they open tomorrow, none of this food is being touched because NONE OF IT IS CORRECT OR WHAT I WANTED. ALSO NO CHEESE IN MY QUESADILLA???? $40 spent to just be left hungry still.

I feel silly writing a review about Taco Bell , but people need to know to save their money/ time and avoid this store. Management is extremely rude and gives out false promises to their customers. The previous manager said to come back and they would refund me and remake my meal with “free additions on the house” and “free taco cards” since my meal was 95% wrong with missing items and a flat beverage with no ice. Nice, right? Wrong. When I came back , the manager on duty met me with attitude. She directed me to the girl (who said she was the manager previously..) who then said they actually couldn’t do that for me. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. I’ve never had “leadership” refuse such a thing. Awful customer service. You’re better off pretending this store doesn’t exist and just drive on by.

This is the worst taco bell in lake county. You can never order food on the app and still get the order correct. They make food like they hate life. I had 2 pieces of steak on my taco I paid a dollar more for. This seriously needs a evaluation from corporate. Its the 3rd time and last time I will come here! Not including the freeze machine never has whats listed. Just garbage. Please trust me drive the 7 minutes to the other one! Or the one in Tavares 14 minutes away but dont ruin your day like it ruined mine.

I just wanna leave this review to thank Micah for an excellent job and go above and beyond to make an order I was DoorDash, right Should also was very professional and very nice. I live in Claremont, but I will be making a trip to Taco Bell in Mineola because of my experience there.

Drive through order 3 soft taco supreme combo. I added a crunch wrap supreme combo received was plain soft tacos barely fixed, the added crunch wrap had no tomatoes or sour cream and barely any meat.

Placed a DoorDash order for this place, ordered a 4 drink pack and didn’t get the right drinks, and ordered a meal for two plus a lot of sauce and got about 7 sauces in total after asking for a handful of each. The food quality was especially bad, each time I’ve ordered from this location its like if a half-assed job could get done half-assed, and they’ve done exactly this

Worst Taco Bell ever. Prioritize drive thru over inside. I watch 15 orders go through drive thru while I waited inside for 40 min before writing this. I’m actually still waiting. It’s just a game to see how long. And yes I have said something to lady at the front. Now the main question is will the mess up my order. Let’s find out.

I only live 5 minutes away from this Taco Bell, but I’d rather drive to another location for better service. I’ve visited this location on multiple times, and the service is horrible. They have a group of unsupervised young people just hanging around and not serving the customers. On few occasions, while ordering to go, they gave me an incomplete order. Another time, I ordered the quesadilla without jalapeño sauce and they delivered it with the sauce. On another visit, I was dining in and there was an anxious elderly person having trouble placing her order at the kiosk, and no one was around to help her because they were being just talking and having fun, they just stood by the drive thru window and in the back. This store has no service at all. At the drive-thru, you can see the cars just leaving because it took so long to take their orders. Imagine a group of unsupervised young people having a good time; they just don’t care. don’t waste your time and visit another location.
