I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. The pizza had a fair size, but was very greasy and very, very salty (!), Especially the dough had a strong salty taste. Also they use imitation cheese, which is a big minus for a pizza. After all, I can’t recommend this pizza, because it shouldn’t be called pizza. Also, too pricey for that low quality.

I ordered on the phone and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and I paid for my order. Then almost 30 minutes later I asked the lady up front if my order was ready then she looked my name up and I gave her my receipt and she couldn’t find my order at all. ThenI was told that she was going to refund me and then reorder again since they cannot locate my order and I said no just refund my money and I will go elsewhere because then I would wait more time for my new order. Basically this little Caesar location is the worst on service. I would never go there again

Employees just stand around and do nothing but gossip. I ordered pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes. It took over 20 minutes. They were very unprofessional. They keep saying 10 more minutes to everyone waiting there. After a last came in and yelled for service they all came out of the back. I guess that’s what they need it management because obviously the one they have is just a bad as they are. Do not recommend!!!

The service was fast, they were very kind, even got my name right. Which most people don’t do surprisingly. But, they didn’t try to force me to buy something I didn’t want. Overall good place to get some quick pizza. The wings aren’t award winning, still good though. The crazy bread is fantastic. Would recommend.

Walked in to order, thinking that it would be faster to order and pick up on site, was told that it was a 20 minute wait and ended up waiting an hour for 3 pizzas! Smh! I understand that you guys might be understaffed but dang, wheres the management? 7 people working, and everyone that came AFTER me is getting served before me! Smh. No more little Caesars for me! Poor management and poor location!

Excellent pizza for the prices. Counter service missed the mark. Only one cashier on a Friday evening around 6:30 p.m. The wait time, line made me think twice about returning. The cashier handled the line with a smile which made the wait a little more pleasant, howwver this situation was not fair to her when there were numerous people in the back doing who knows what. This Mack Road location could use some TLC….
