After picking up my order and getting the new philly cheese steak “puffs” I wasn’t as pleased with the whole experience. They did however re-make them so I was happy with the re-made ones. I didn’t like the fact that I had to basically argue with them to get them re-made. I don’t like being a “Karen” but, look at the video and tell me y’all would be happy with those tiny little discs they tried to pass off as “puffs”. The whole experience with the guy trying to interrupt my conversation with the nice female employee made me bite my tongue, HARD. I doubt I’ll patronize this particular establishment again because of that. Rude.

Waited 25 min on simple order. Looked annoyed when I came back for it. Pizza looked like they just threw the toppings on it with no care for where they went. Fourth time trying it never going back to this location papa John’s does a better job.

I always order from the app. As I’m building my custom order, I always select Well Done bake as an option. My order is NEVER well done and the pizza doughy like it’s not completely done baking. I’ve sent a feed back complaint but never heard a word back from the franchise owner or management. To me, it seems as if their business is so big, they don’t value their customers or try to help resolve issues.

I was going to eat at this Little Caesars. (Hey 60, Barboursville). When I walked in, the store was not busy. There were five or six employees standing in the kitchen and drive through. Not one person. Said “hello”, welcome to Little Caesars, something to acknowledge customers were in the store. Two ladies had walked in before me, and they just stood at the counter waiting to order. No staff member said anything to them as well. We were all basically ignored. After a few minutes the drive through employee finally walked over to the women at the counter, as she rolled her eyes and acted as if she hated her job. At that point, I just left the store and went down to Papa John’s, which has never disappointed me. I try to give different businesses a chance. But, I will not go to this Little Caesars again. I have given them more than one chance to act professional and produce a good product. Unfortunately, this location cannot. If I was the franchise owner, I would close the store for a few days, fire all the staff, hire an entirely new crew, and do better. Leadership often sets the positive tone for how a business runs. Apparently, the management of this store is lacking as well. Save your time, just go to Papa John’s, or one of the many Italian pizza places in the immediate area.

New building great employees ! We tried the pepperoni and extra cheese/ pepperoni cheese stuffed crust – very buttery loaded with pepperoni and cheese and covered in butter and Parmesan cheese!! Definitely happy they stopped overloading with corn meal!! I don’t want cornbread on my pizza!! We had a pizza taste off between Little Cesar’s and Gino’s literally across the road from each other!!!
