On Friday at 1pm who ever was working the drive thru was extremely rude. She had a very poor attitude. Rather take my money to the next dunks on the other side of the highway than to be talked down to and spoken so rudely too.

This used to be my everyday breakfast stop on the way to work. Recently, the food they served are not up to the mark. I didn’t mind much because it was still edible for the price I pay. Yesterday, I purchased a bagel as usual on my way. First of all, the person who applied the spread cheese had messed up all over the outer wrapper and the napkins. I think the person who wrapped it had cream cheese sticking all over his hands. On arriving at my work place, I took the bagel out of the cover and it smells awfully burnt. The outside edges of the bagel was charred and breaking down to black powders. The seasoning on the bagel were also burnt and falling off. I tried taking a bite and it tasted so burnt and bitter that it was not edible. Even two halves of the bagel were so different that they didn’t not fit perfectly (the top half was larger in diameter than the bottom half). I am not sure if the working crew has changed, but I can see that the quality of food has gone down to the drain. This needs to be addressed and changed asap.

Used to be my go-to Dunks but the staff has flipped and the new crew is not as nice. They do not pay attention when you are placing your order so pay attention and make sure they have it right.

Never would I have thought I’d be leaving a review for a Dunks but here we are! They deserve it! This has been my GO TO DUNKS for a few years now and they truly get it right every time, and that is rare as all Dunks lovers know. Perfect dark iced tea with less ice, never watered down / at the end of a brew. Great sandwiches and bagels, super fresh and not stale. Even the hash browns always have a perfect crisp without being overcooked or soggy. Really, chef’s kiss to this Dunks, never change, stop at this one whenever on Route 1!!!

The Dunkin I went to in mass was the best so far. They had the donuts I wanted, service was beyond great, and atmosphere gets 3 stars only cuz I went through drive through so I couldnt really rate it fairly so I thought 3 stars was being fair to where I hadnt gone inside the store.

No one was at the first window so we moved to the next and the girl at the window didn’t know what our order was. Then after a few minutes a guy comes back and yells at my bf saying “For future reference you pay at the first window,” and tosses the bag of food at us through the window. We stated no one was there and he responded with an attitude saying, “yeah but the register is over there and not here”
