Amazing customer support and service. I was greeted with with a smile upon the restaurant, the restaurant was clean. Service was fast team was more than accommodating. My order was taken by the Zakia , I have a bit of trouble, redeeming my reward, but Ben was great extremely accommodating. The entire team made me feel as though I was important to them as a customer.

I was really disappointed with my recent order. The food did not taste fresh at all — it genuinely felt like I was served leftovers. The chicken tenders were dry, and the fries were extremely stale, to the point that I could barely eat any of them. It was clear that the quality and freshness were lacking this time around. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to order again.

Benjamin gave great service within 30 minutes of closing time. He ensured my order was accurate and effectively communicated. Will definitely come back thanks to his customer service. This is the first time I’ve been back to this Zaxby’s in some time. Unfortunately the inside is so simple and modernized. I miss the ‘old’ decorations and layout. Has little character now.

Zaxby’s was absolutely amazing! The place was super clean, and you could tell they really care about keeping everything nice and organized. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and had great energy the whole time. My food came out really fast, hot, and fresh, and it tasted incredible. The service was smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Sarah took our order and did a really great job answering our questions. I hadn’t had the lemonade before, but she was so kind. I had a taste, and I liked both the regular and strawberry . Both lemonades my son and daughter love after they tried them too. Definitely my drink of choice from now on. Thank you, you rock! We also ordered a Gambit of Chicken fries toast all in a huge box for the family. We also got a Asian salad which you can totally split for two.

Each time we come to this location we are greeted promptly and with a smile. The food is great. They do a great job keeping the dining area clean. Today they had just had a field trip AND fire department recruits all at once when we arrived, and they were immediately cleaning the dining area! We don’t ever see people just standing around waiting to be told what needs to be done, they just see it and do it. The entire team is friendly and helpful, but extra shout out to the ones we interact with most: Hudson, Abigail, Marjorie, Kelsey, Willian, and of course, Ben and Tim. This is an exceptional team that clearly takes pride in what they do and how they treat people.

Food was fresh and great! Didn’t take long at all and we came in at 2:45, when typically you are served leftovers made at lunch or you wait a while on fresh food (which we don’t mind waiting for). Restaurant was clean, trash bins and tray holders were clean.

We LOVE this location! We visit about once a week, and are impressed every time. The staff here are so friendly and attentive. Tim and Ben are especially friendly, remember us when we come, and ensure we have a great visit. The food is great. The location is clean. The team is exceptional. Highly recommend!
