Haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in a very long time, and the Drive-Thru aspect caught my attention. It seemed very convenient, so I thought the family would try it.
Put my order in at 3:25 and arrived at the drive-thru at 3:35.
There were 4 cars in front of us.
Soon we had waited, without the line moving at all, for about 20 minutes. So I decided to call the store.
I chose the hotline option “1” which was for “Making a new order, or changing an existing one”.
After giving my order number, they tried to transfer me to the store phone. Nobody would answer, I let it ring for 5 minutes.
I called customer service back, and the lady “Anna” said she couldnt find my order….. with my Phone Number, Name, and Order Number….. She could not find my order, and said she could not cancel it for me. (Not much of a customer service then, huh?)
I got out of my car, with several others, and we tried to see what was going on. Nobody would answer the door, it’s drive thru only. So we knocked on the window.
Terrance, said that he had 3 no call no shows, and he was sorry.
We waited another 20 minutes before making it too the window, where Terrance made us wait another 5 minutes before even coming too the window.
He said he would cancel the order, since it sat there for 40 minutes finished. (I have to wait in the drive thru for everyone else’s order to be finished??? Before I can pickup mine??? Stupid System
I am going to have to put a stop payment in with my bank, because the order was not canceled. So they’re still trying to make me pay for this experience, as well.
I will never be back to Pizza Hut, I hadn’t even eaten there for several years prior too this anyway.

I order from this restaurant all of the time!- they are very fast at making the pizza. If the carryout time says 15 minutes…it’s done in 15 minutes.
Love also that it is drive thru accessible. Definitely comes in handy with children! Or hey even pets! Food is fresh.
I also deliver from this restaurant on various delivery apps and the timing that is estimated on door dash/grubhub/Uber eats is always accurate when you arrive to pick it up. If you arrive earlier than the time you may have to wait until the pickup time But it will almost always be accurate. Sometimes even sooner.

The chocolate donuts are absolutely disgusting. This should not be served. The garlic cheese sticks is also not good. The pizza was fine just barley any toppings cheese/pepperoni. You pay and order extra and never get it so what’s the point. But please take the chocolate donuts off the menu. Literally like eating cardboard. I barley got 1 down and could not stomach anymore. The donuts and garlic cheese sticks was a waste of money bc it went in the trash

Today was our 7th anniversary, with not a lot of money to spare we decided to use our saved points to get a medium pizza to celebrate. In the mobile order, with only 28 character space, I was able to type “Happy Anniversary in box” for our order, trying to leave a sweet surprise for my s/o.
The woman working this morning went above and beyond, not only fulfilling my request but also giving us a sweet surprise. I cried. People don’t do things like this anymore and it meant SO much to us. I wish I’d gotten her name.

I’m not exaggerating when I say my jaw hurts after eating this pizza. There was no sauce and it is so incredibly dry my husband said it was like we were eating pizza jerky. Super disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered one large pizza, half & half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to call about it, they wouldn’t answer. In the picture is one piece of hair, The other was taken out, but I took a bite into my pizza and felt that and was grossed out. Very disappointed.

If I could give no star I would !! Ordered my pizza waited 2 hours to even receive it still haven’t received my food I got kids ready to eat I called the store and the lady who answered was no help and she was rude either way I will never order from here again which is sad because I would pick Pizza Hut over dominoes but overall this isn’t my first time having an issue with them I just know when I get my pizza it’s going to be nasty and their going to be horrible to reimburse me

I placed my order for pick up at 5:14, it’s currently 6:29 and I’m still waiting. I was told at 6:00 that it would be another 5 minutes. There’s also two kids playing in the drivethru & talking to the employees even though the line is backed up around the building

Ask for half pepperoni (left side) and half banana pepper and green peppers (right side). They put pepperoni on the full pizza. I can’t eat pork so I couldn’t eat the pizza. At least the cheese sticks were good other than the fact that they were super greasy.
