I can’t recommend this place. It’s more on the expensive side with the small portions. Our expectations were more comparable to Awok in Akron or even Li Wah in Cleveland. For 10.99 may be enough for 2 but more for one person. The fried rice is a soy sauce fried rice. Although I do like sprouts in fried rice and the vegetables are fresh not really a fan of the style. The hot n sour soup is nothing special. The chicken in garlic seemed to be missing the garlic and was on the sugary side. The wait time wasn’t bad. Overall, i guess this is average quality for Cleveland but I’m disappointed.

We ordered delivery and they fulfilled the order promptly and accurately. Fried rice was solid and the meal box had a good amount of food. Main complaint was that the orange chicken sauce wasn’t particularly flavorful — needed more peel in there, maybe? — but I would happily order again if I’m ever in the area.

I order here on Doordash alot and the food is always quick, hot, fresh and tasty. Even my super picky man loved the General Tso’s chicken. The chicken lomein ,shrimp eggrolls and house fried rice my go to order and hits the spot everytime. Someone put review uo saying 1 little piece of shrimp in eggroll and i cant tell you that is a LIE, they are not huge shrimp but for an eggroll filling they are biggest i have come across. And i did not understand the upgrade part on DD so i got a call from there asking what i wanted and they explained how it works , but they still generously accomadated my mistake. All in all when im craving chinese/american takeout Hunan One is the flavor that satisfies that.

We got food from Hunan One and the food was so good…it had the flavor of the old Chinese food places that were on superior and st.clair between E.30th and E.53rd…I have eaten there a bunch of time and I do not have one complaint…good size portions and the prices were surprisingly affordable..go there and get some!…you won’t regret it

On 0708/2025 I placed a order for Shrimp an broccoli combo. I picked this up got home an my egg roll was missing. I called the store back to advise them an the Mgr. Ke Wang accused me of lying about a egg roll , “people a egg rooll”. He offer me to come back as I don’t live close by an I suggested maybe offering me a combo to satisfy there mistake. This dude was rude , nasty an never apologized for his mistake.. I have spent money at this location over the years an never experienced so much disrespect for a mistake that was not mine to own. Needless to say I will never spend one more dime at this location.. I was more pissed that I didn’t get a apology but yet being accused of lying…

I LOVE the food and service here. EVERY time the food is fresh, fast, and delicious. The staff are very polite. I wish the lady at the counter would smile more tho. I don’t get my Chinese food from nowhere else.

I watched them redip already cooked chicken in grease just to make it seem fresh but it tasted like garbage. The only way youll for sure get your food fresh is if they’re busy. If they arent busy your food is ready in 2 seconds but definitely not fresh in that case
