We have been loyal customers to their Des Plaines location and excited to see this location closer to home. We absolutely love the molcajetes, mole, yique, and parilladas. Their red garlic salsa is AMAZING and they make their own tortillas as well! Thier tacos and traditional Mexican fair is good, but their oaxacan specials are where it’s at.

Very nice employees, but I’m sorry the steak tacos are absolutely horrible. I’ve had them multiple times and every single time the meat is burnt and chewy. Horrible quality simple as that and like I’ve said I’ve had it multiple times and it was never my choice. I’ve honestly never had worse tacos in my life and I’ve been to Taco Bell before.

First and last time I will order from this place i ordered chicken. Enchiladas oaxaqueñas and we were so disappointed My Friend is Indian and she said she loves Mole but when she tried the enchiladas she told me it wasn’t authentic Traditional Mole I taste it and she was right flavor was very mediocre also it was so watery not tick like supposed to be unfortunately we are not looking forward to be regular clients with them ..

I went to try their torta in Wheeling. Expensive. Meat was terrible, 1 big thick chunk of tomato, 1 slice of rotten avocado. Driest torta I’ve ever had. Took 15 minutes to get with zero customers in restaurant. Also supposed to come with fries. They added ketchup in my to go bag but no fries . First and last time. What a waste of my time and money.

I love this place, they also have a location in Des plaines and they both are good. The food is delicious always and the workers are great!! I am never disappointed when I come. You have to come and try it out if you haven’t!!
