Did not realize these donuts were so expensive. Had a $5 gift card, so bought 4 donuts and owed $1.76. There were all supposed to be cream filled. However, they failed to put much of any cream in them. Will stick with Snowflake. See photos

Haven’t been to a Dunkin in quite a while but this one did not disappoint! I had some questions and Savannah was super helpful working me through everything, I also have some dietary restrictions and she told me what could work with my accomodations. I got a medium latte with brown sugar cookie flavor and almond milk, coffee flavor is super strong but not over brewed and mixes great with the syrup, and I decided to get the hash browns too and they were also really good. Store was very clean and well stocked too, you can tell they put in the work here. Will come back ☺️

At 9am on a Saturday, out of multiple donut types, did not have tortillas for wake-up wraps, the donuts they did have were dry and our breakfast sandwiches were not cooked. Worse Dunkin’ experience!

I purchased 1/2 dozen 2 Donuts with Oreo cookies crunch & 2 creme filled donuts with powdered sugar & 2 Chocolate covered donuts. The Oreo cookies- one had filling one didnt have any. The creme filled donuts one had the filling & one didnt have any filling. Each donut cost at least $1.50 each sad Dunkin Donuts no longer place any quality when making donuts then they dont even provide the chocolate creme powdered donut. I purchased about 6 months ago wasn’t happy with the donuts thoughts let give it another opportunity waste of money & the donuts were expensive! I will stick with Shipley & HEB donuts!

We we arrived we had to wait 5-10 mins for someone to take our order while the line grew behind us. My toast for the avacado toast was burnt, so I couldn’t eat it. The hot chocolate we ordered was watery as well. This was quite annoying given that my pregnant self was looking forward to my order.

Service is terribly slow, even when there are no other customers around. Takes forever to be greeted at the speaker, forever for them to come to the window, they don’t even look at you when they hand you your drink/take your payment, and then they barely have what’s listed on the menu available.
I got a ham and cheese croissant once, it was still frozen in the middle when I ate it. I thought it was a fluke. Iced drinks are hit or miss. Donut selection is sparse and what they do have is old. Manager has not been there when I’ve asked for one. Hard to believe a business is running without a manager present at all times.

This place often gets orders wrong, I got large strands of hair in my bag of donut holes, and today I got an extremely stale plain bagel. I’m done wasting my money here hoping for a better experience each time.
