I always saw videos about this place on tiktok, so when they finally opened one near me I had to try it!! In my opinion, the best part is the toast. The toast is sososo good. The chicken is very bland and I’m not a fan of their sauce. But when you put pickles on the chicken it tastes really good (they dont have pickles there, just to clarify). The fries arent super flavorful but they’re good. We always go at night when they’re super busy. What we’ve noticed is that going inside is much quicker than going through the drive through. Overall this place is not bad, but I couldn’t do it without pickles.

The best raising cane’s I’ve had in years. They have been slipping the last few times I’d had them out of state but now they’re here in CT and this one does it right. They just need to do two things: 1) tone down on the salt on the French fries, it’s a little bit too much and 2) introduce some kind of seasoning for the fries and the tenders to add some flavor.

Service is tough to judge here. There is not enough seating indoors which was mobbed on a Saturday afternoon and the drive thru was packed (possibly more than 20 cars). Employees are definitely working but inside ordering seemed to be waiting longer than usual for orders. I am sure this location is dying for warmer weather so outdoor seating can be utilized

Lots of staff on hand for the Gran Opening week, too much staff, too many customers, heavy police presence, traffic routes clogged. Small Dinning area was clogged with customers and staff. Only 2 “single person” multi access restrooms, and a long wait for a turn in them. Probably the ugliest restroom sinks I have ever seen. Paper towel dispenser took a lot of coaxing to get one to automatically dispense. The chicken fingers have a nice crispy coating, but bland white meat inside. I got the sandwich combo meal, $11.80 total. 3 chicken fingers, lettuce and sauce on a decent enough roll. The skimpiest serving of nothing special crinkle fries I have ever received. I took 3 cups of ketchup and only needed one. No sign that says “no refills” on the fountain drinks, but I took a half cup refill anyway. I’m not a foodie and certainly not a fast food chicken type, I was just in the area with time to kill. Cost to value, I don’t recommend

This place was very busy today for a Sunday lunch but the service was quick, and they had plenty of staff to keep things moving. I had the box with four amazing tenders, nice crinkle cut fries, Coleslaw, and a piece of toast. I really didn’t need nor want the toast it was kinda out of place. The tenders were great, the canes sauce was good it’s really the only choice. The fries were crispy and tasty.

Very busy but friendly staff. Definitely disappointed in the portion size. Especially for what they charge for chicken tenders. They were good but pretty small and they barely gave you any fries. The three piece meal cost 12 bucks with tax but I feel like I got a kid’s meal. As far as value for the price I definitely won’t be back.

My husband and I went for late lunch and from beginning to end we had an exceptional experience. The food was hot and delicious and the staff exceeded our expectations they were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to please us what wonderful people. We will absolutely return and recommend this particular restaurant to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I didn’t realize this restaurant literally serves chicken only so I had a good laugh about that lol. Very popular location with long drive-thru & indoor lines. However, the two drive-thru lanes allowed me to be in and out in less than 10 minutes on a busy Friday night. The food was extra crispy (just like I asked for) and fresh. The chicken was juicy, fried to perfection & paired nicely with the sauce. I chose coleslaw instead of the bread and I can’t wait to try them again!

Very slow service. Drive thru took 30 minutes with two other cars besides me… I started eating and there was a hair embedded in one of the chicken tenders I got. That’s gross. Wear a hair net. Never coming back.
